Just curious how long was he in your alliance and also how long was he doing recruitment?
187 days Seniority according to the roster. He is not a part of the recruitment team for PLUS. He's just a disgruntled former member that was unhappy about the turnout of a piece of legislation he proposed.
I am highly curious why PLUS are not dealing with this rogue....or would you like us to take care of it and send you the bill?

If you also look, he is maxed on war slots. I assure you, we would be taking action right now, but there are limits that prevent that from happening.

So what are you going to do in regards to The Brotherhood?
We are going to remain members of The Brotherhood unless we are asked to step out. We are not canceling treaties because it won't be long for us to be back on our feet and wanting to get them back. This is an alert that if we were to be called up at this moment, our forces are not near what they were a month ago.

So basically, you've dropped your obligations to defend your allies?
We have not dropped any MDPs at this point in time. A couple of treaties have been canceled by other alliances, but we have not. We are working as quickly as we can to be stabilized so that if needed, we could be called into action.

Made this 16th day of May, 2008.
I. The Past
Actions made in the previous weeks by a small sect of former PLUS members and government officials and the aggression against those actions has led our alliance to the humble realization that we are not the strong alliance that we sought to be. For weeks prior, it seems, the problems that stemmed the coup d'état laid buried in the halls of our government's offices. Some of these problems we may never truly know.
We realize that the members of the "Real PLUS Elite Party" believed their intentions were for the best of the alliance, but it appears evident to us all that this act of desperation to save our beloved alliance spawned into something that has only hurt us further. As the hours dragged on after the initial announcement, the opposition to the actions grew to the point where many of our members left out of anger and frustration. It was not long after that the coup was ended.
We also received word of the possibility that PLUS could be called into a war by the activation of treaties made, and a plea was made by both sides of the coup d'état argument to table the discussions to a later time and prepare to honor our MDP Treaties. Soon the coup was over, we had been asked to remain neutral in the conflict, and members of the "Real PLUS Elites" resigned their membership and sought protection of other alliances. Other members, having surveyed the wreckage of our government, left due to the sheer instability we had reached.
II. The Present
It has been the decision of the remaining active members to begin rebuilding our alliance. A temporary government has been put into place to lead PLUS out of the wasteland and into tomorrow. The PLUS Temporary Government Officials that can be reached for official business reasons are Mr. Brownstone, Syriana, and Nexus. Like the mythical phoenix, PLUS will be reborn from its own ashes.
Due to our current situation, we are unable to support the treaties that we have agreed to and therefore most of our treaty-alliances have canceled our arrangements. We understand the reason, and hold no ill will towards them for a decision we would be making if the tables were turned. We have been offered Protectorate agreements from select alliances, and appreciate their continued support through our difficult times.
PLUS remains open for business as a new alliance, with a familiar name. We realize that many in the Cyberverse hold ill will towards PLUS for actions taken by its children, however, these children have left. We are a new generation of 'Protectors', and we ask that we may be given the chance to prove that PLUS is an alliance worth befriending. We ask for your support as we make ourselves whole again.
III. The Future
Within weeks we will have patched our wounds, restructured our government, and formed a new charter that will address all of the ailments we were unable to cure before. We have made it our missions to make PLUS a name that our former members and friends can be proud of again.
We also reach out to our members we recently lost due to circumstances beyond our control. A blanket pardon has been enacted for former members that left out of anger and desire to return to PLUS and partake in a family that is far from perfect, but healing. The "Real PLUS Elites" may return as members, as past credit is due for the service they offered. They shall not, however, without unanimous agreement of all PLUS government officials be allowed to hold leadership positions within the alliance again.

We didn't "fall on hard times." We had a major disagreement within our ranks about government structure and nuked ourselves from the inside in the ensuing discussions. We didn't do it intentionally to avoid the possibility of avoiding a war that hadn't begun (Our crystal ball wasn't working or we would have, by your logic). We have aired our dirty laundry explaining what happened. If you fail to comprehend that, you'll continue to make yourself look ridiculous.
EDIT: Also, we were preparing to go to war while attempting to solve our internal problems, but like I and many others have said, we were asked to stay neutral in the rising conflict. Not because of our problems, but to reduce the chances of another Great War.

No they absolutley cannot. NpO did what they had to do because GATO broke the terms with them as well as NPO. Very understandable. I berated everyone who dropped their treaty with GATO to save their own necks including CPCN, MASH, and CSN (before they decided to join in). So it's not like I'm singling people out. This seems quite a good time to be having internal problems and having to drop your treaties. You do your best to defend your treaty partners no matter the circumstance. If PLUS decides the cowards route is best I'll never let them live it down just as with everyone else who pulls this kind of stunt.
Where are you getting this idea that we just up and decided to lose over 60 members, including all of the government officials, just so that we could come out and say we can't follow through on our treaties even though the alliances that would have called PLUS into action asked us to remain neutral in the conflict prior to our announcement that we wouldn't be able to follow through? You're spinning your own web of confusion here.

Element and Nueva Vida have canceled their MDPs with us due to our inability to honor our agreements. All other agreements are still active at this moment. This is not a ploy, as we would not kick out almost half of our alliance in order to not fulfill an agreement, that makes no sense. PLUS itself has not canceled or suspended any agreements. Our MDP partners, realizing the situation we were in, acted as any logical government would to ensure the safety and preservation of both parties by dissolving the agreements themselves.
As before, this is a temporary situation that will be rectified soon. I cannot provide an exact time table, but I can assure you that PLUS stability is growing day by day.

We have not weaseled out of anything. Recent obvious instability has left us in no condition to be able to uphold many of our agreements. MDPs were canceled as such, and we understood perfectly why. There are no hard feelings between our former MDP partners, and I'm more than confident those MDPs that were canceled will be reformed fairly soon.
There are many people who are not fond of the name PLUS or many of it's former members, but I will say this: The newly reformed PLUS is not the same. Our old core government is gone, our sore members fled with them. The name PLUS is the single remaining part of the PLUS of old. A full statement to this effect will be released later.

There were ways to go about change without forming a coup. That did not satisfy them, resulting in the crisis that is now here.

Announcement: Republican Party Formed
Due to the recent uprising by the "Real PLUS Elite" Party, in which the membership of the Protection and Liberation of United States was not consulted or legitimately informed, and therefore effectively ignored, a new party will be formed.
The Republican Party has emerged. We will be the TRUE voice of the members of the Protection and Liberation of UNITED States. And as our first policy action, we condemn the coup d’état against the PLUS government and demand that democracy be reestablished.
There is not any excuse that can be used to claim the actions taken yesterday were the right ones. Even if the decision was made in good faith that the nations of PLUS would be better off, the coup is an illegal act of war against our own government. Examples need not be cited to prove that a coup is not a method of peaceful transition, but a power struggle. The mask of lies that is being thrown over the hostile takeover of our government is transparent and we see right through it.
In complete fairness the members that declared themselves rulers over PLUS should be banned as traitors; however, in order to reestablish PLUS to the sovereignty of its former self and accounting for the service the RPE nations provided to our alliance before their revolt, they will only be judged by their current actions and how they choose to cooperate.
Therefore, by the request of the Republican Party of PLUS, we ask the following:
+ Remove yourselves from the offices you claimed through theft of your PLUS brethren.
+ Publicly apologize for the incredible damage caused to PLUS that we may never fully visualize.
+ Prepare for negotiations for a government that legitimately represents the people, in every possible meaning of the phrase.
These are all decent and logical requests made by the Republican Party. Make no mistake, this is not a single person's wishes. These are the requests of multiple people the RPE Party dismissed and insulted. The only way to be truthful in the claim that you desire to better the alliance is to agree with these terms.
Anyone else that desires to join our cause and combat the elitists that put themselves before the alliance, you may send myself a private message, or voice you are willing to join here. The Republican Party lives, and we are the TRUE voice of the people.

This was a post I made on our forums today with legitimate supporters that have chosen to keep themselves anonymous for now. It was met with hostility by the RPE members. On behalf of the Republican Party of PLUS, I appreciate those that agree this was not the action that needed to be taken.

I recently changed teams so I had to redo my trade agreements. All of my new trade partners are all on my same team(Black), but one of my trades is not giving the team bonus it should. Here is a picture to explain it:
I thought it would fix after a reset, but it didn't so I'm posting the issue here.

Former High Lord Advisor to Spearhead Formation of New Political Party
ONOKOLA - Dec. 3, 2007 - Allan Kemp, the former High Lord Executor is front-running the campaign for the formation of a Federalist Party. After being forced into resignation by the High Lord Bedlam two days earlier, Kemp began rigorously developing his Political Platform. He announced his plans today at a press conference outside his Villa this afternoon.According to Section 8C-407 of the Giger Code, Kemp must develop his plan and submit it to Parliament for review. If approved, Kemp would then be allowed to rally support. Within two weeks after approval Kemp would be required to submit a ratified charter of no less than three hundred members.William Morren, the former High Lord Exemplar, commented on his co-worker's actions as "vengeful" and "filled with spite." "He [Kemp] is only retaliating for being fired from his job. He needs to take a more subtle approach and think things through before making any rash decisions." Government to Contract to the Private Sector
ONOKOLA - Nov. 29, 2007 - High Lord Bedlam signed into action a decree that will allow private contractors and developers the option of doing contracted work for the government of United Republica. This comes with little surprise as the population of the small tourism-based country has been pleading with their king to make this change. Having fired his long-time advisors, Allan Kemp and William Morren, Bedlam made this decision saying, "It is high time we move away from a communist state and begin acting like the Republican Monarchy we have created. I will no longer be swayed by bureaucrats. I am the ruling body of this country and I will work for my countrymen as such." Morren and Kemp were not available for comment.Development contracts that have been floating inside parliament include the United Health-Care Addendum, the National Defense Initiative Addendum, and Ministry of Education Addendum. Republican Party Leader Clayton Spece had this to say about the new projects to arise from the decree, "We in parliament have been working diligently to set these waves in motion. We have many improvements to our growing country that will be starting within the next few months. As the Republican Party Leader I applaud the High Lord for finally opening up this option for our country. Without a doubt we will see a significant change in size and stability of our country within the next year."

There are a couple of us in the alliance that may have "$@y attitudes," but we don't unleash it on Planet Bob. We especially aren't dumb enough to threaten multiple friendly alliances to join our ranks. The methodology behind that is asinine.
