All deals should be completed in 2 days at most. Starts immediately. Instructions for sellers: 1. Receive $3mil from a Vanguard nation. 2. Buy 50tech. 3. Send 50tech offers to TWO later-assigned nations. 4. After one of the nations accepts, buy another 50tech. Note: Tech costs higher the more you have. To maximize your profit, never keep more than 50tech in hand at a time. You can still send offer more than one nation while having only 50tech in hand. Interested sellers please sign up here.
