across the alliance, population income has dropped by half. While population happiness is still at the right level, income is much lower. It seems that the multipliers from improvments are not taking effect, which is my first guess as to why, but we have no idea. many nations in the legion have reported this problem to me, as well as on my own nation. Any help would be much appreicatied.
