Experienced CN player (wow, if that doesn't make me sound piteous I don't know what does) rolling up a new nation and lookin' to get CASH MONEY (as in virtual money so I can validate my self-worth by pretending having a nation on the internet makes me cool). 6 mil for 100 tech, as is the usual rate. Expect punctuality and minimal self-loathing alcoholism, at least until I get a trade circle with the beer bonus resource, at which point all bets are off. Feel free to hit me up right over here.
