We would be more than happy to formally begin diplomatic relations with the creation of an embassy and we will reciprocate the offer for the Plains Federation to open an embassy in Washington DC. Bear in mind that the current ambassador appointed will not be permanent as until we can fully form the federal government after the upcoming elections we are running things on a somewhat temporary basis here. Once things are sorted out we can formally confirm an ambassador but for now we can lay down the groundwork with an advanced staffing mission to get things running.
