In the room are five PRA intelligence agents, and an Intelligence Agency Director

[i]Fellow agents of the PRA Intelligence Agency, we have come in to knowledge of the assassination of the splinter-nation, Democratic nation of Chunia's leader. This may lead to further unrest along our southern border, which we cannot afford at this time. Your mission at this time is to infiltrate into The Democratic nation of Chunia, and give us a sitrep of the current situation, as well as any other information pertaining to the mission. Remember to stay in close contact using the encrypted radio and if necessary relay messages through other agents, or through our Air Force, patrolling close to the area. This mission of utmost urgency, so do not blow your cover, unless you confirm support from the local government. Good luck.[/i]

The five agents were given raio equiptment, Glock 26 silenced pistols, signal mirrors, and maps, as well as fitted in local clothing.

05:05 Just South of the PRA Border with The Democratic nation of Chunia

The agents successfully deployed into the DNC through paradrop from patrol jets, normally patrolling the borders. The landed not far from there expected drop zone and began to move towards the capital of the nation, after covering their parachutes and gear in as much sand as they could within a reasonable amount of time.

The operatives split up as they approached the capital. They called in their location to the PRA HQ in the encrypted line and slowly approached the city. Ready for the worst, they had pistols readily accessible, but concealed.

As the agents arrived in the city, it was in an uproar. The assassination is thought to have been set up by the KoC, which has generated much anger among the people. As the agents combed through the city, Agent 2 (They will be known as agents 1-5) quickly reported his situation to the PRA Intelligence Agency, in the privacy of an abandoned motel. Agents 1, 3, 4, and 5 began to look for government building in an effort to initiate contact with DNC officials.

(Mac hestner):"Sir we have reports, that certain flying aircraft has been spotted in various area's of DNOC. We do not know why, but it seems that someone wants to investigate the certain situation that is progressing through DNOC right now".

(Commander Helvic Ti Vano):"Hmmm, why would anyone want to investigate the rebel nation unless that someone is some near by nation trying to learn of the rebels current situation and then take advantage of it. Send message to the, army and tell them to prepare to invade DNOC, we must subjugate that rebel area before anyone has a chance too do the same as well".

The guard proceeds to search the agents for any other weapons, and after finding none, besides the handguns mentioned, escorts them to the leader's office.

"Who are these people?"

"They wish to speak with you"

"I see... Please leave us, Berko, We will not be needing protection from them."

"Very well" *The Guard exits*

"Greetings my brothers. Allow me to explain to you what the DNC is going through right now"

As he begins to speak, Agent 4 turns on his radio, so as to send this message directly to The PRA Intelligence Agency

"We have lived for a while now under KoC dictatorial rule. We have been taxed, without having much say as to where that money goes, and now when we protest, our true leader is assassinated by one of them."

[i]Do you have any ideas of further plans of the KoC?[/i]

"We are unsure right now, but we are fearful that they will try to attack us."

[i]We wish to put you into direct contact with the PRA, as we are always willing to support a rebellion for the people, especially one as close to us as this.[/i]


Soon after, the Leader of the DNC was in contact with the PRA Minister of Defense.

"Don't you feel that that is drastic?"

[i]I'm afraid not, as we do not know what the KoC are willing to do, and given they have a much superior force compared to your rebel forces, as far as our intel shows.[/i]

"Alright, than we shall go forward with the plan. Hopefully the DNC can flourish as a province after this whole thing blows over"

2 Hours later the Head of Parliament, Abdul-Haqq Ibn Waffles, came on live national television to make an important address.

The PRA, being a nation founded for the people, and based on socialistic ideals cannot stand idly by while a neighbor in ideals and in geography stands threatened by the possibility of war. The People's Republic of Africa, through long diplomatic talks with the DNC leader, has come to a conclusive plan of action. The People's Republic of Africa hereby annexes The Democratic Nation of Chuniav, in an effort to protect and support socialistic ideals of this small nation. Although not everyone will agree with this action, the PRA feels that it is necessary to protect and support the proletariat of the world, and it would be shameful to allow anything to happen to a movement so close to this nation. PRA soldiers and aircraft have already begun deploying into the area, to safeguard it from any possible threats. We ask for your support in prayer and in heart as this great nation carries on as a beacon of light for the proletariat of the world.[/i]

OoC: 1st, they are rebelling from him, the jurisdiction is fuzzy. 2nd, he hasn't been RPing them, instead he just RPed his commanders, leaving me nothing to work with.
