Damages when awarded refer a compensation to a claimant "damages" do not refer to the damage KoH did during the war, but rather the payment awarded to a claimant. Heck, even if i were to assume that reps are justified and the namount is reasonable, the fact that terms require the loot to come from KoH nations is even more ridiculous.....at least allow their allies to help by sending the reps.
