In light of the recent treaty between the PRA and Kzivonsia, the PRA sees that it needs to expand its lands and acquire a port closer to our new ally, in order to properly and effectively trade and communicate with them. Because of this, the PRA sees it is fit to annex the following territories and place them under the banner of the PRA. We do this, not to instigate violence or dissidence, but rather to open economic opportunities that the PRA was limited to, because of its geography.

The following territories are hereby annexed by the PRA:

OOC: Lavo has a policy of having his protectorates unlabeled so any nation can be declared there. It's still protected by him, but it isn't labeled as such on the map.

OOC: I don't mean to make a main-OOC post, but the white land is meant for only new people - expansions by existing nations, even newer ones, isn't really cool.

Unless directly violating the sovereignty of another nation, the People's Republic of Africa wishes to stand by its claims. If it is violating the sovereignty of another, the PRA would be more than willing to withdraw its annexation from the Rebel Army's or any other nation's lands

Upon confirmation that the claim of territory is indeed a breach of the Rebel Army's sovereignty, the PRA hereby rescinds its claims.
