Article II: Both signatories agree to not initiate any hostile actions against the other signatory, including direct attacks against the other signatory or an ally of a signatory, as well as aiding an enemy of the signatory. This article is void if treaties with more magnitude are called upon Article III: Both signatories agree to open their trade routes to one another, to allow open trade, both by private and public entities.
