[/center][center]"[i]Ladies and Gentlemen of France. I have a few announcements to make...Firstly, it has been decided upon by the Unionist Cabinet that the capital of the PRF should indeed be Reims. This decision was made unanimously and we have been talking to construction officials about upgrading our city. Once construction is finished it will be the beacon of prosperity in France and on the wider European continent. France should be reunited one day, when that day comes Reims will be a brilliant second city to Paris. We have not given up on our hopes of reunification, but we must progress.[/i][/center][center][i]
[/i][/center][center][i]Secondly, the opposition party "champagne independence" has refused to take their seats at the French Senate.We have no option but to acknowledge their unwillingness to work with us... so it has been decided that the Liberals will be the official opposition to the Government. They have only three seats, but there's not much else we are able to do. We regret that they have come to this decision, but the majority of people in France have put their trust in us and we will not let you down. We are also seeking advice from the high courst about revoking the rights to stand of the independence parties. they have let france down by not taking their seat and they don't deserve the trust that some people have put in them.[/i][/center][center][i]
[/i][/center][center][i]And finally, the People's Government has decided that there shall be a state funded party for the people of France. We know that there is much work to be done, but we need to recognize and reward our own hard work. February 19th is to be a state holiday and for that day alone there will be no tax on alcohol or other party essentials. [/i][/center][center][i]We invite the world to join us on this day of great celebration. [/i][/center][center][i]World leaders are to be sent a bottle of France's finest champagne and an invite to a future gathering."[/i][/center][center][i]

Taking measures or banning these sentiments might force them underground, making it harder for the government to keep track of these feelings among the people by tallying votes."
