[/quote] I've argued this point in the past, ultimately coming to the conclusion that it's not that they don't understand, but that it's a term purposely used incorrectly in order to candy-coat a surrender. The time between declarations is of no difference to the fact that it is one plan to take out both the orders. I however, don't know about any such plans.
