SLCB greatly encourages the happiness of all, and by proxy encourages declarations of war against itself for the betterment of society. [/quote] The RIA has a policy of not asking for reps, though we may make an exception in this case. Probably not though, considering the RIA has paid reps to two previous alliances (MDC and GGA), and, well, look where they are now. We don't want to follow in their RIA-rep-accepting footsteps.
