Looking for 1 time or long term tech sellers!!

However, Due to being bilked by scamming d-bags yet again, the rules have changed.

1. You must not be in a war or be involved in a war for the duration of the aid cycle.
2. You must be willing to [b]send the tech first[/b]. Then you get the cash. I am a reputable buyer who has led numerous tech circles in the past. I have NEVER failed to deliver on my responsibilities. But because of being bilked out of 12 mil in the last month, I'm done having to put up with thieves.

looking for 5 sellers. Willing to start 10 day cycle tech circles for buyers and sellers who may be interested. (Meaning tech and money are exchanged at the same time, no waiting.)

Come on. I see sellers posting. You'll get your cash. I have 4 years into this game. I just don't trust sellers who have 1 post on these boards, and it's for advertising selling tech. So if you're a legit seller, you have nothing to lose. If you're just waiting to scam 3mil out of 4 or 5 nations, then don't read any further.

If you're a newbie nation and your first post is to sell tech, send the tech first and then I'll pay you.
If you've done this once or twice and are reputable, the tech first clause will be waived.
