supercoolyellow Posted January 5, 2011 Report Posted January 5, 2011 The final winner will be based on their overall popular vote percentage in one category added to their overall academy vote percentage. Null Votes, no votes, and abstains will not be counted towrads the overall percentage. an examples In the popular vote choice A gets 10 votes, choice B gets 20 votes, choice C get 10 votes, and there are 10 null votes. Choice A would get 25%, choice B would get 50%, and choice C would get 25%. In the Academy choice A gets get 10 votes, choice B gets 7 votes, and Choice C gets 13 votes, and three people abstain or don't cast ballots. Choice A gets %33.33, choice B gets 23.33 %, and choice C would get 43.33 percent. Overall choice C would win with 78.33%. Also I would like to note that sign ups for the Academy are still ongoing. In 24 hours I will ask the academy to cast their votes, and that's when sign ups will be closed.
supercoolyellow Posted January 5, 2011 Author Report Posted January 5, 2011 Voting TIO for best rookie alliance based on their FA achievements, and their activity. Voting Pandora's Box for most powerful bloc. Don't know how I am going to vote for best flag. Some one convince me.
wickedj Posted January 5, 2011 Report Posted January 5, 2011 TIO for best rookie, as i cant vote peggysus meh, blocs, null vote and Fark is my favorite flag..although UBD's flag is a close second
Fyfe XIV Posted January 5, 2011 Report Posted January 5, 2011 BoS, Null, NpO Was hoping to vote Catland for rookie alliance but was left sorely disappointed
Locke Posted January 5, 2011 Report Posted January 5, 2011 Was tempted to vote MK's new flag for best flag, but NPO's is classic and figured they'd get plenty of votes anyways.

Shodemofi-NPO Posted January 6, 2011 Report Posted January 6, 2011 (edited) I don't believe the 41 of your who said MK's new flag is better than their old one. Edited January 6, 2011 by Shodemofi
AnCapistan Posted January 6, 2011 Report Posted January 6, 2011 BoS PB MK (new) Voted for BoS because we've actually done !@#$. PB because they're the largest in terms of NS and influence. And voted MK (new) for best flag since I just like it.
LegendoftheSkies Posted January 6, 2011 Report Posted January 6, 2011
Voted for BoS because we've actually done !@#$.
Voted BoS as well, for the same reason. Voted PB just because of sheer stats. For flag I actually chose FEAR. Not a fan of the alliance, but I've always liked that flag.
Ernesto Che Guevara Posted January 6, 2011 Report Posted January 6, 2011 Why isn't Europa up for best rookie alliance anymore?
Kongo Jack IV Posted January 6, 2011 Report Posted January 6, 2011 (edited) I was wondering that too? I assume we aren't considered "rookie" anymore. Edited January 6, 2011 by Kongo Jack

MrMuz Posted January 6, 2011 Report Posted January 6, 2011 I'm convinced that MK has a mandate where everyone has to vote for them or be ZI'ed. How the hell did Doomhouse get higher than SF, or Alchemy get second best? I can see TIO getting high votes, because they've made some significant gains diplomatically and economically.
Besides the obvious answer (*hurr durr* activity *hurr durr*), Alchemy IS an awesome alliance. Sufficiently known and rather well connected, even if they mostly stick to themselves and are not the loudmouthes some others are. As for Doomhouse, look at the alliances involved: Umbrella, MK and GOONS. I mean no disrespect to SF (and I might be biased) but I see those three as bigger shakers and movers than any alliance in SF.
Taget Posted January 6, 2011 Report Posted January 6, 2011 Rubber Ducky Division's flag always brings a smile to my face. Had to vote for them.
