The Four Hundred Seats will be made up of members from all three Political Parties. The elections result was thus." "The first order of business will be to ratify the treaty concerning the proposed Commonwealth of the Former Vauleyo-Buryatia (CVB), whose membership shall include all states formerly a part of the Socialist Union of Vauleyo-Buryatia, shall be created. I will now allow you to vote on this proposal." He then stepped down from the podium amid applause. They then began the voting process. Thirty Minutes later the results were in: [u][b]Resolution #1: Ratifying the treaty on joining the Commonwealth of the Former Vauleyo-Buryatia (CVB)[/b][/u] [u]Overview of Proposal:[/u] The Commonwealth of the Former Vauleyo-Buryatia (CVB), whose membership shall include all states formerly a part of the Socialist Union of Vauleyo-Buryatia, shall be created. The Commonwealth shall consist of a common currency and a common monarch (who in the case of the Commonwealth of Buryatia shall only have symbolic power). [u][b]Buryatia Special Forces Group Бурятия Специальная группа по силам[/b][/u] A Special Forces organisation trained to operate in the most extreme of terrains such as the cold environment of Siberia: It is a One Thousand Soldier strong organisation for use in counter-terrorism, sabotage and guerilla warfare. Shipbuilding is underway in the shipyards at Magdan, Magadan Province. The newly created Pacific Fleet and its base will be placed there.
