augustus334 Posted December 28, 2010 Report Posted December 28, 2010 (edited) Post the name of the alliance that was made this year that you think has done a great job with their diplomacy, economy, millitary, and stats. These alliance names have already been mentioned: The New Guy, AcTi, Legacy, Gondor, Exodus, Colossus, Down Right Awesome Group of Nations (DRAGON), Europa, University of Unity, The People's Community, The Imperial Order, Pegasus, AND THE DARK LORDS Edited December 29, 2010 by augustus334 Quote
SirWilliam Posted December 28, 2010 Report Posted December 28, 2010 I'm bored enough here. Legacy (decent growth and size; formed in August) Quote
Michael von Prussia Posted December 28, 2010 Report Posted December 28, 2010 I have to agree with Xoin. THE DARK LORDS was by far the best alliance of 2010. Quote
Lord Fingolfin Posted December 28, 2010 Report Posted December 28, 2010 I'm partial to Gondor, I don't really count alliances that merged as being new alliances Quote
Vladisvok Destino Posted December 28, 2010 Report Posted December 28, 2010
AcTi
I'd be interested to know how Batallion has done well in Diplomacy, Economics, Military or Stats. Quote
2burnt2eat Posted December 28, 2010 Report Posted December 28, 2010 Meh, to be fair, the Immortals was formed awhile ago, which is basically all Legacy is: a namechange. Although there are people that would like to have us believe they gained 3mi NS from nothing. Quote
SirWilliam Posted December 28, 2010 Report Posted December 28, 2010 (edited)
Meh, to be fair, the Immortals was formed awhile ago, which is basically all Legacy is: a namechange.
Tis ultimately a matter of perspective I suppose. Unless I'm mistaken The Immortals disbanded several months before Legacy formed/reformed. Either way, the latter is a creation of 2010. /me shrugs. Edited December 28, 2010 by SirWilliam Quote
2burnt2eat Posted December 28, 2010 Report Posted December 28, 2010 (edited) Aye, they cooled off for a few months then rallied all members under a new banner, but for all intents & purposes, it doesn't really make it much different. Edit: Several? I counted 3 Edited December 28, 2010 by 2burnt2eat Quote
Hadrian Posted December 28, 2010 Report Posted December 28, 2010
The one TOLWYN was in.

I have to agree with Xoin. THE DARK LORDS was by far the best alliance of 2010.
I have to agree with these two choices. Had TOLWYN not been exiled from our 'verse, TDL would no doubt have had members in the thousands. Quote

I was an Immortals member until it went away, then i hung out for a couple months and went to Legacy after hearing Sarms call. The core group of government are former Immortals members but the majority of our alliance are nations we brought in so i would consider us an alliance made in 2010 Edited December 28, 2010 by augustus334 Quote
KingEd Posted December 28, 2010 Report Posted December 28, 2010 I think we've had more merger/disbandment than DoE's this year - which is good. Quote
Buds The Man Posted December 28, 2010 Report Posted December 28, 2010 Hell ill throw exodus out there. Good solid growth have been diplomatically active and have a solid core of leaders. Quote

der_ko Posted December 28, 2010 Report Posted December 28, 2010 There were no good alliances made in 2010. Quote
augustus334 Posted December 28, 2010 Author Report Posted December 28, 2010 (edited) So what we have right now are: The New Guy, AcTi, Legacy, Gondor, Exodus, Colossus, and what the heck, i'll throw in The Dark Lords. Keep posting, if I make a poll out of this, I want it to be a fair representation of what people think. Edited December 28, 2010 by augustus334 Quote
KainIIIC Posted December 28, 2010 Report Posted December 28, 2010 (edited) Legacy, although yes as stated before, their core is of the Immortals and (if i'm not mistaken) some of TUF. For a made-from-scratch alliance, Exodus looks pretty promising so far. edit: if mergers were to be included, I'd also include Colossus. Edited December 28, 2010 by KainIIIC Quote
augustus334 Posted December 28, 2010 Author Report Posted December 28, 2010 top post edited to include names Quote
augustus334 Posted December 28, 2010 Author Report Posted December 28, 2010
I'll answer this in 2012
but then the world will be about to end Quote
