The Kaptain Posted December 23, 2010 Report Posted December 23, 2010 1) I know filling war slots by declaring war on your alliance members is against the rules, but if an alliance has a serious falling out, and alliance members declare war on each other, CM's, tanks, the whole thing, is that against the rules? 2) Hypothetically, if I were to delete my nation, could I make a new account so I have a different Ruler Name? Gopherbashi Posted December 23, 2010 Report Posted December 23, 2010 Warslot filling means wars where neither side is launching any attacks - regardless of whether they're intra-alliance or not. People with the same AA who use the war system to conduct legitimate wars will not be flagged for cheating. Also, yes. Quote
The Kaptain Posted December 24, 2010 Author Report Posted December 24, 2010 Hey, got one more: If someone re-rolls, is it against the rules to send money, tech, soldiers, to other nations, then, after they re-roll, get them back? Quote
also, it may just be easier to join an alliance that has a good growth program, than to have someone send you your money back after you re-roll. A decent alliance will probably flood you with aid for awhile to help you grow. Quote
Sargun II Posted December 25, 2010 Report Posted December 25, 2010 No, but it will make it super easy for people to find out who you're a reroll of. Quote

People also go rogue and hit other members of their AA.
2) Hypothetically, if I were to delete my nation, could I make a new account so I have a different Ruler Name?
You can do it. I believe it takes 25 days of inactivity for your account to be purged, then you can create a new ruler name and new nation. People do this all the time. I'm not 100% sure as to the time as I haven't rerolled in SE, only in TE.
