Tech amount not decreasing

As usual, I was tech dealing like any typical CN player, sending two foreign aid packages of 50 tech each but afterwards I checked my tech and still I saw it was the same amount. I also waited a few minutes and kept refreshing but it still didn't change.

The tech will not be subtracted from your account until it is accepted by the recipient. It's a quirk in the system that lets you easily do multiple deals at once.
Once the first recipient accepts their tech, you can buy 50 more, allowing the second recipient to accept theirs. Rinse and repeat as necessary.
