Looking To Do Tech Deals

I'm ready to accept tech deals from anyone. My nation name is Emperica, and my leader name is Eonic. I am doing '3-mil for 100 tech', and will pay you 50 tech per transaction (10 days). I'll probably open up a forum thread for this, but this'll work for now. If anyone can offer me advice about how to trade efficiently, it's welcome.

As an aside, if you haven't already started the process, you may wish to either get your alliance a protectorate treaty, or join an already established alliance. As it is, you're likely to get raided, and would likely find your tech deal funding gone away fairly quickly.

That is of course not to say that you [i]have[/i] to do that, but it would no doubt be to your economic benefit in the long run.
