Announcement from the Directorate

Ladies, gentlemen, and the rest of us,

The Executive Directorate has decided to initiate the following piece of Directorate legislation.

[*]A foreign alliance may recommend to the Directorate that an official UBD Diplomat be awarded this for extraordinary contribution or friendship to another alliance. This shall be granted by Executive Director order only.[/list] [/quote]

I am therefore proud to announce that the above medal is being awarded to two most distinguished foreign leaders, people that we are happy to call friends. We would war against the world for you my friends.

Secondly, we have been watching our statistics for a while now. We have always been a small, close-knit community and we intend to keep it that way. Nevertheless, we have reached a milestone of two million NS and we want to shout it from the rooftops.
