Fellow national leaders,

Spartan War Games have commenced! In this round, 7 of our newer nations are being trained on the art of war and managing multiple military targets. We also want them to have a Kobayashi Maru-like willingness to take their nation to the last infrastructure level in fighting off a superior force.

The Ephor Council of the Spartan War Games now invite you to have fun teaching these nations what it's like to get hit from multiple sides. Any money, technology, land, etc, is yours to keep. Please do not hit the Spartan War Games nations not listed (including myself) as we are observers and are not militarily involved. Our games will probably last around 3 weeks, after which point you can have my nation for its riches.

The following nations are weapons-free status, and you may declare war on them without fear of reprisal by anyone other than the attacked nations themselves.
