They are the first troops to be deployed if war breaks out, or if a national crisis occurs. In total we can recruit around 100,000 troops. The IPDF consists of the the following 9 Corps: [b]Infantry Corps[/b] The Infantry corps represent the largest component and are the operational troops of the Prussian Army. They must be prepared for tactical deployment in any location at short notice. In wartime this means that they will be among the front line troops. [b]Artillery Corps[/b] The Artillery Corps provides fire support as required by infantry or armoured elements. The Corps consists of two main branches: Field Artillery and Air Defense. [b]Cavalry Corps[/b] The Cavalry Corps is the army's armoured formation, made up of tanks and armored vehicles. [b]Engineer Corps[/b] The Engineer Corps is the combat engineering unit of the Prussian Defence Forces. The Engineer Corps is responsible for all military engineering matters within the Defence Forces. [b]Ordnance Corps[/b] The responsibility for the procurement and maintenance of all ordnance equipment is vested in the Ordnance Corps and encompasses a spectrum of equipment ranging from anti-aircraft missiles and naval armament to the uniforms worn by military personnel. [b]Transport Corps[/b] The Transport Corps is responsible for the procurement, management and maintenance of all soft skinned vehicles, and the maintenance of all armoured vehicles within the Defence Forces. [b]Medical Corps[/b] The Army Medical Corps has the responsibility of maintaining health and preventing disease in the Defence Forces and providing treatment of its sick and wounded. [b]Military Police Corps[/b] The Military Police are responsible for the prevention and investigation of offences, the enforcement of discipline and the general policing of the Defence Forces. [b]Communications[/b] The CIS corps is a support corps responsible for installing, maintaining and operating telecommunications equipment and information systems. Its purpose is to defend Prussian Waters. Since war has changed rapidly new technologies are needed to win wars, with less causalities. That is why the Prussian High Command has come with this new and experimental armor. It is being put through many tests to see its efficiency.
