Essentially, it's a standard 3 BR with lead substituted for spices, and (depending on demand) gems substituted for sugar. If you have the literacy rate for scholars it's pretty similar economically to a 3 BR, but with a 3.8% drop in population. However, it will take a decent bite out of military bills; an additional 10% upkeep off nuke bills and 20% off purchases, 19% off navy bills, and a significant improvement in environment if you're carrying a full complement of nukes...up to 1.25 points if you have 25 of the darned things.
