The knights assembled beyond the sight of the infandel, they were all equipped with a full set of armor and a horse. The enemy were far superior in numbers but they would be no match for Teutonic Steel. The Marshal sounded the charge and with a thunderous roar the knights charged into the right flank of the unsuspecting enemy. The battle lasted for 4 days, thousands died and by the end it was impossible to define an infidel from a Knight. The Hochmeister climbed atop a nearby pile of dead horses and infadel to look upon the knights glaring at each other. The battle was won, the Knights had surived and there freedom from oppression was gained and so The Teutonic Order was born. It is upon this act that we the knights of The Teutonic order do declare ourselves to Planet Bob as an academy alliance of The Hanseatic League founded on the order of the Grandmaster of Hansa. The Hanseatic League will conduct primary diplomatic negotiations and will be responsible for the overall protection of The Teutonic Order

The Teutonic Order



The Teutonic Order of Knights is established as an academy alliance of The Hanseatic League. It is under these circumstances that we stand by the following virtues - Hard Work, loyalty, friendship, unity and rightfulness.


Structure:

The first government of The Teutonic order shall consist of 5 key position, these being the Hochmeister, Tressler, Trapier, Marshall and Spitler.

The Hochmeister is the leader of all of the knights. He serves a life term and cannot be removed unless he stands down out of his own free will. The Hochmeister is the sole leader and his word is law. The Hochmeister elects the government and may remove them whenever he pleases, he also reserves the right to create and destroy any ministry in The Order. The Hochmeister may ban anyone from The Order if they have shown reasons to the alliance that they are unloyal to the order and intend to cause harm to the order.

The Tressler is in charge of all economic affairs in The Teutonic order, this includes the management of joining/development aid and the setting up of tech deals and trade circles with the ability to look outside The Order of necessary. The Tressler is chosen by the Hochmeister and the Hochmeister serves as the sole boss of the Tressler and his affairs.

The Trapier is in charge of all affairs within the alliance, This includes the administration of examinations to new members and the upkeep of the roster of members. The Trapier will also moderate and change the exams as he sees fit with approval from the Hochmeister. The Trapier is chosen by the Hochmeister and the Hochmeister is the sole boss of the Trapier and his affairs.

The Spitler is in charge of all affairs that concern The Teutonic Order outside the alliance. This includes the locating of embassies and ambassadors in other alliance forums and IRC channels. The Spitler may be granted permission to write treaties and discuss them but only on approval of The Hanseatic League and the Hochmeister. The Spitler is chosen by the Hochmeister and the Hochmeister is the sole boss of the Spitler and all of his affairs.

The Marshall is in charge of all military affairs within the Teutonic Order. This includes the organization of the army in times of war and the organization of raids and the defense of Teutonic Knights when there being raided by aligned and non-aligned nations. Marshall is chosen by the Hochmeister and the Hochmeister is the sole boss of the Marshall and his affairs.




Membership:

Anyone wishing to join The Teutonic Order must fill out certain requirements, these being that they are not on any ZI list and are raiding any aligned nations. Applicants are also expected but not limited to partake in all 4 alliance examinations.




Rights and duties:

1. First and foremost, all members of the alliance are entitled to protection and respect .

2. All members are entitled to free speech and discussion about issues in Cybernations in a secure setting. All members have the right to voice their opinions on the alliance forum, IRC and Cybernation Forums.

3.Inappropriate or excessive spamming, abusive or insulting language, or general misconduct may result in a warning, expulsion, or other disciplinary actions.

4.The Teutonic Order of Knights shall expect civilized behavior from every individual who seeks to obtain or retain affiliation.

5.All members will be expected not only to advance their own nations, but to assist in the advancement of all Teutonic players.

A long time ago, 3-4 years ago, my alliance was in talks of a merge that was real close to finalizing. The name of the new alliance would have been, "The Teutonic Order" and at that time we were proud members of the Hanseatic League.
