We believe it is an alliance authorised strike due to some treaty of sort that they have with Blackwater. A lot of our nations cant even hit Imperium Romanum, and we realise that we are a lot stronger than them. Regardless, no attack on Duckroll will go without consequence. We werent far away from calling an end to hostilities with Actec and Blackwater, so if any Gov that we are at war with would like to discuss peace please find either El Nino or RePePe in #Duckroll-TE.
