HHAYD
Sarnungian Republic had held all of our citizens who were standing on their soil hostage and treating them as if they were extreme criminals regardless of what our citizens were doing. We request Sarnungian Republic, for the third time, to give our citizens back. Holding other countries' citizens hostage and enacting embargoes over a minor statement is irrational.
"Was being the key word. Your racist and incredibly insensitive remarks show just how despicable your government is; we refuse to say the name of your country in protest and will be refusing all flights to and from your country and disallowing any ships to pass through our part of the Strait of Gibraltar effective immediately. Any of your citizens in our country will be detained for espionage and interrogated." OOC: If there was ever a reason to think even less of you, BABYD, this is it.
33 of our citizens were in your country, 10 of them are under age 14, we want all of them back in one piece and still breathing. If any harm was inflicted on them, you will pay to treat the wounds. If any were critically injured or killed... There is going to be a "little" problem. Sargun II
"We have discovered breaches in our national security and we believe these citizens are related. Until our internal investigations are over, it would be extremely premature to release these alleged terrorists. Tell us: would you simply release alleged terrorists before completing investigations? What if they came back and performed an attack on your nation because you let them go before you had a chance to finish?"
HHAYD
How can all 33 be terrorists? We want to see evidences that prove they are terrorists. We find it surprising that you decided to go ahead and arrest all them right when you ranted at us. It seemed more like you were simply wanted revenge against us. Note this phrase that you said: "Any of your citizens in our country will be detained for espionage and interrogated." You didn't say all, you say any, which meant that you were going to go after anyone who came from GLP indiscriminately. Sargun II
"We never said all thirty-three were, only that that we have discovered breaches and we believe that the citizens are related. The investigation is still ongoing. Evidence simply cannot be released in the middle of an investigation - almost all democratic nations have laws like this in place. The timing of our movements were coincidental to your own racist outburst. As for your pointing out of our grammar, it should be noted that it was not all of your citizens or any of your citizens that is the key phrase, but it is the in our country part that you should be looking at rather than "any" or "all". "Rest assured, the Sarnungian Republic does not torture and they are all being represented by state-appointed lawyers."

Sargun II
"It will only proceed to court if the investigations conclude and point to the citizens as having committed crimes. We will not say whether or not it looks likely that they will or will not stand in court at this point in time as such information is relevant only to the investigators. If it proceeds that far then you will be allowed to send an observer, one who will be briefed in Sarnungian law."
