OOC: I'm not even going to calculate how much this is.... its a lot.

"We will begin processing this order. Immediately... its a good thing most of the northern war factories are now working."

China would use this huge capital inflows to begin upgrading its domestic facilities and expand the plant production. It would also increase its mining operations both in the interior and in South America, where they had built mines with the help of the HAE.

This is acceptable, 6 F-65 Exports will be exchanged for 6 Jadayu Mk. 2s. OOC: Can I get stats and a pic?
Private to United States of China

Six Jadayu Mk.2 from National Defense Reserves are being prepared for delivery to United States of China.

OOC: I haven't customized stats for JM2, yet, only have done for JM1. Also have been unable to find a decent pic for it, :D Basically a 6th gen stealth MRCA.

"Paradise Government Systems, on behalf of the Republic of Canuckistan, wishes to purchase," PGS Military Liaison Ruby Dhalla looked down at her notes, "one of everything." She smiled and returned to texting her maid on her Blackberry, then looking up briefly she added, "one of every aircraft that is."

Private to the USC
Is it possible to pay for the aircraft in a payment plan over four years? (OOC 4 months)

£2,000,000,000 would be automaticly sent to the account being used to handle transactions, on a set date per year.

Your armaments greatly interest our Ministry of Defence and we thank you for the service your providing.

"The government of Canuckistan has contracted Paradise Government Systems to organize its air force modernization initiative. As part of that initiative, we are purchasing single aircraft from manufacturers in order to test their suitability in the Canuckistan Air Force. If we find that your aircraft suit our needs we will purchase more, but we are under government pressure not to waste tax dollars buying large quantities of aircraft, unless we are absolutely sure we are getting the best." Ms. Dhalla wondered if there were any good Italian restaurants in Shanghai; she had a craving for a good carbonara.

"We would be happy to host your nation testing the aircraft in China once the North American crisis ends."
How long until the first delivery of aircraft?
Your line is on two parallel production plants in Guangxi. We expect the rate of production to be four aircraft per month, so 25 months for the entire production to be completed. Each aircraft undergoes testing out our proving grounds in Guangdong for a week before we ship it out to you. We generally ship an entire squadron at a time in a freighter.

"Thank you for the offer, but we would prefer to test these aircraft in our own country, over our terrain, under our weather conditions and using our infrastructure and support personnel. Testing them in China wouldn't give us the information we need to make the right decision.

Is there a problem with this arrangement we're missing here? Please tell us so we can work together solving it."

The Malay Federation would be interested, but we fear such equipment is far too advanced for our Armed Forces to handle effectively. We would be interested to know if China can produce equipment more tailored to our capabilities, such as subs with Diesel-Electric propulsion (basically non-Nuclear) for which we have an interest in acquiring. A sub design of this nature would certainly be considered as essential material for procurement.

What type of submarine would you want, an attack submarine, a guided missile submarine, or a ballistic missile submarine?

To Canuckistan: We'll be sending over an export version of each.

We would be looking at around 5 units of a attack sub class, 3 units of a guided missle sub class and perhaps 1-2 ballistic subs. Of course while we desire top of the range equipment we must stress the need for any designs to be easy and cheap to maintain.

All orders are completed for the nations of Athens, 3/4 of the order is completed for the Azurians, 1/2 the order is completed for J. Andres.

To the Malaysians: "We'll be setting up a shipyard in Singapore, that we can begin joint construction programs at. The ships will be diesel electric and designed for regional rather than global power projection, this will mean less space will be taken up on the boats for nuclear reactors and provisions, but it will yield a silent boat with the capability to defend your sovereign waters. We believe we can adapt a hybrid battery design with a greater charge to the missile submarines and ballistic missile submarines."

OOC: How many ships can you support in game? You've gotta have a 1 ship in game to 1 submarine ratio. I see you have one currently, if you want more you'll need to buy more, if you can only support 1 currently which one do you want first?

OOC: There's a multiplier for submarines only, I don't remember what it is though.

OOC: This is the multiplier for submarines.

0-4,000 Infra, 0-500 tech: No multiplier
4,001-5,000 Infra, 501-1,000 tech: x2
5,001-6,000 Infra, 1,001-2,000 tech: x3
6,001-7,500 Infra, 2,001-3,500: x4
7,501-Infinity Infra, 3,501-Infinity: x5

China is prepared to offer a contract from Wuhan Shipbuilding on the Yuan Class Attack Submarine for the attack submarine model with pump jet capabilities, we will also modify the torpedo bays to allow for cruise missiles to be launched from the torpedo bays.

Looking through our inventory, we believe there to be two ships in the Chinese strategic naval reserve that are mothballed Typhoon Class Ballistic Missile Submarines. They've been relatively well maintained throughout the various regimes, having last been used during the Sino-Japanese War. We could work on refurbishing them for you. One into a guided missile submarine and one remain a ballistic missile submarine, or we could build for you newer Jin Class Submarines

OOC: I can't really find any examples of their being non-nuclear submarines.

"In line with our new quick response doctrine and the fact that current systems do not suffice the Athenian Federation would like to order 500 M-51s for use by Hellenic Forces. Future orders may follow should the need arise and payment will be done in advance."
