king of cochin
Quarter Master Command of Royal Cochin Defense Forces announces the following tender for outsourcing of the following defense consumables for supply to Royal Cochin Army. Only quotes offering rates less than the baseline price is to be submitted. All the quoters would be required to participate in field trials at specified Testing Center in the Kingdom of Cochin. The final contract would be shortlisted considering the amount quoted, relative quality and ability to maintain continuance of supply. The contractor would be expected to maintain continuance of supply for a period of 5 years without interruption at which point of time the contract would be reexamined for revision of rates and renewal or re-tendering of the contract. The contractor would be responsible for maintaining continuance of delivery to designated delivery points in the Kingdom of Cochin. The contractor would be assured of a minimum baseline purchase order per annum for the duration of the 5 years. The contractor must also assure its capability to meet the demands of the contract. During the period of contract each Purchase Order would be accompanied by the full transfer of order amount. Repeated failure in meeting the mutually determined deadline would mean loss of preference for contract renewal and even contract termination in case of 4 successive lapses in delivery. The last date for submission of quote is 29th of July. Multiple contractors may be awarded contracts for multiple items in the procurement list based on above criteria. king of cochin
Quarter Master Command informs Global Defence Incorporated and Alvonian Weapons Systems that only bids quoting less than the baseline price is to be submitted. The baseline price reflects approximate cost of the said munitions when produced by Cochin State Armory and its affiliated procurement agencies. A bid with the same quote would naturally not be considered for the issue of contract. We request you to resubmit your bids.

DeSchaine
MARS officials had a good chuckle at the lack of understanding from the competition. Two Featherlite cargo aircraft were loaded, each with a dual trailer MSV, the trailers set for pallets of ammo. Driven onto the planes from the rear, the nose of each aircraft would rise to allow the transports to drive off. Included in the testing shipment would be one hundred of each large caliber (80mm and up) two hundred of each medium caliber (40mm) five thousand of each small arm long cartridge and a thousand of the 9mm. DeSchaine
The MSV's arrived at the NTC and followed directions to the unloading area. Once there, the drivers locked the brakes and moved to open the trailers. The sides of the trailers were lowered in sections, forming ramps for forktrucks to unload the palletized ammunition. Each different type was clearly marked, the small and medium calibers in black hard cases with red and white lettering. The large caliber rounds denoted by both white lettering on the shells and color coded tips. As this was happening, MARS represenitives were seeking out their counterparts. "Slainte.
