Two divisons worth of rifles and ammuniton for one man set off alarm bells. After sending a message to MI6 in regards to the strange order, Intel and signals analyss tracked the message back to Blue Heaven, inside one of the regions which had declared independance. GDI cancelled the order and kept the money, fearing it would be used to usurp the rightful leaders of Blue Heaven. [b]Message to Guss Robertson[/b] Your order has been cancelled and your deposit has been taken into GDI's bank. The reason for contract cancellation is we have reason to beleive the weapons will be used in acts of war against the legitimate Government of Blue Heaven. We cannot be seen to be arming rebels.
