Memo to leaders around the world

Greetings ladies and Gentlemen,I am writing to inform you of a change in policy for the Las Malvinas Island Territories or the Falklands as we are otherwise known.

Below are our current policies on regional issues and international issues:
Foreign Policy - Regional - South America and Western Antarctica (Defined from Tiministans most eastern border to the Romonov Foundation)
*The Falklands reserves the right to search any vessel in inside its territorial waters
*The Falklands reserves the right to force any aircraft traversing its airspace to land at a Malvinian airbase to be search if it is considered to be a threat, carrying illicit materials such as narcotic substances, weaponry or terrorists.
*The Falklands Reserve the right to intervene in any regional irregularities it holds an interest in.

Any Questions can be sent to the Archchancellors desk.

Foreign Policy - International
*The Falklands reserves the right to defend interests on an intercontinental level in any context, including shipping, foreign nationals, aircraft and buisnesses.
*The Falklands will offer financial and medical aid to any nation, friend or foe who requests it.
*The Falklands Government is not obliged to intervene in any action outside of the Falklands, Antarctica or South America but retains the right to voice its opinion on matters around the world.
After many tedious and draining meetings with the other Chancellors and various heads of Government departments, we are making the following changes, the changes applie to both regional and international issues.
New Foriegn Policy
The Las Malvinas Island Territories is enforcing a policy of neutrality on a regional and international level.
If Malvinian territory, Malvinian citizens or Government assets are under direct threat, the Government has the right to intervene on their behalf.
Corporations and corporate assets are not included and the Government has no obligation to intervene on their behalf.
Secondly, the Government has passed a bill which has allowed the privatisation of the banks, this means that the Government has no right to demand information about any bank accounts held in Malvinian banks, which means in turn, foreign Governments do not have the right to demand information in regards to any bank accounts held within Malvinian banks.

The only bank with an exception to this bill, is the State bank, "The Bank of Las Malvinas".

Thankyou for reading this letter in regards to our change in foriegn policy and any questions can be directed to the Archchancellors desk.
Sincerley

Immediately following the announcement, two seperate individuals sent feelers, of sorts, in to test the bank policy. Each opened up an acount with one of the banks, interested in depositing a sum of approximately 50,000 Australian Dollars each.

One went to HSBC, the other to HALIFAX.
