OFFICIAL VIETNAMESE DECLARATION OF PROTECTORATE

WHEREAS our neighbor, the Nation of No Name, has fallen out of contact, despite numerous attempts to establish communication,

WHEREAS our neighbor's government, upon further investigation by Vietnamese Intelligence Services DV9, has seemed to collapse almost entirely,

WHEREAS the happiness of the population of ethnically related natives has plummeted with the aforementioned collapse of the Government of the Nation of No Name,

WHEREAS it is the duty of any sovereign, righteous government to protect all people of the world from harm,

WHEREAS riots have begun to break out in the major cities of the former Nation of No Name,

The Republic of Vietnam does hereby declare a protectorate so as to prevent anarchy in the region and prevent further detriment to human rights and lives in the region. A hundred thousand Vietnamese soldiers will be immediately moved into the region to restore and maintain order.

Queendom of Australia troops, still awaiting the word to pull out by the provisional government, are bemused by the troops entering the region, but tolerate the presence of the Vietnamese.

OOC: Never RP'ed a pullout, because he never did anything else. :P
