DeSchaine
Caitlin O'Malley knelt on the roof in the rain of the Girltopian evening. Across the way and down the street, her intended target was sitting in a coffee shop sipping an overpriced latte. You wouldnt be able to tell it was her if you looked at her. Several shades darker and her hair colored, she looked nothing like her file picture. It had been a long couple of weeks in GT, as she had come to call it. Now she sat, bored yet watchful as she waited. She had come here, under the guise of Karen Rice, as the advance for a supposed international observer team. The team was to check on the reforms claimed to have been made here. In her time here though, Caitlin had discovered something that could have crimped the observers mission: foreign agents. They werent very good, but then, GT counter intel wasnt all that hot either, so it really wasnt a surprise. Caitlin uncovered three agents right off and had called back to Taeunas for instructions. The response was clear. Terminate with extreme prejudice. The first two had fallen in the two days previous, with the second one giving up a couple of other names after... severe means of interrogation. Caitlin grinned at that thought. It wasnt something one was supposed to enjoy, but there were times when making someone talk was pure pleasure. The woman hadn't really lasted that long though. Long enough that her screams in the barn in the middle of nowhere were like a haunting melody, but she had cracked quickly. The blond head in the window of the cafe moved. Caitlin slowly moved her eye to the scope of her rifle. The latest of her Alaskan Union targets. She glanced at the file laying on the roof top beside her. It was a match. She sighted in carefully, checking the wind and distance one last time, then making tiny adjustments to compensate for it. She hoped the commercially produced ammo from a former GDR comapny would be up to the task. The blonde woman walked outside and headed tow the street at a moderate walk. To easy. Closer... closer... the crosshairs slightly below the eyebrow... this bolt action rifle tended to shoot high... PFFFT The blonde head snapped back and the woman crumppled to the ground. Caitlin smiled. Another one bites the dust. She calmly disassembled the weapon and packed it into a diplomatic pouch. She walked into the stairwell and exited the building, taking the pouch to a post office and sending it back to Taeunas. A minute later, she disappeared, just anohter face in the crowd. OOC: Thus the ends of my evil plans are shown and the massive speculation may cease. Muwahahahahaha
DeSchaine
O'Malley walked the streets of GT taking in the sights and sounds. She followed the news reports and scoped out potential areas for further placement of Taeunas operatives in the country. With a small smile, she walked past the exact cafe where she had fulfilled part of a different mission a few days before. Continuing on, she stopped just down the street and entered a little bistro, ordering a light lunch as she settled in for her second favorite hobby... people watching.
