maddy
To The Republic of Vietnam The Queen has come to make an apology to the Republic of Vietnam. We see now that we may have misunderstood your words or took them to seriously. Although what we did was not an aggressive act and just meant to be an embarrassment, we formally apologize to Vietnam. I have gotten us both into political turmoil because the world media has been trying to break down our capital doors to demand we take certain actions. I have some of the world telling me I was stupid to make the embargo. I have others saying it is my right to do so. Some are telling you to enact the same thing on me, and others are telling you that if you lay a finger on me they will unleash 10 fold whatever you do to me. Really, if either one of us takes any further action that leads to violence then both of us will be destroyed. We see now that this fighting and arguing is pointless. The Queen took offense and you probably didn't mean to even be offensive but just uphold your foreign policy. Girltopia would like to thank everyone who stood by us, we would like to commend UNC for sticking by their ally, even though most of the world was against them, and even though we didn't fully agree with them . Girltopia would also like to stop the current embargo we have with them. We would like to reinstall any type of trade we had before and allow their vessels in our waters (but not within 5 miles from the coast like with all nations) and we hope you do the same. Again, we are sorry for what we misunderstood as an act of policy, not insult. We will be overriding Proposal 000037 (The embargo) to end it officially. To show that we are sorry, we would like to open up talks for a non-agression with Vietnam and The United States of China to show the world that we want to keep peace and stability to this region. We hope the except and we can get a treaty going.

At this time we are uninterested in a Non-Aggression Pact with Girltopia, until such a time as the following questions are answered adequately: 1) How many of your immigrants have come from Ireland to Burma as part of your mass movement? 2) What is the current attitude of the government towards the natives? 3) What is the current attitude of the natives toward the government? 4) How much democratic/republicanism is present in your government? (This means like representation, elections, etc. How much of your government is elected and how much of the power do they have as opposed to Her Majesty the Queen?) There are natives so what? The current attitude of the natives toward the government is that they are happy we brought local government back to this land but they want to be left alone. So we are going to grant them that wish by making them a sort of "Reservation" for their request. They have two cities that we know of and we have made that land a type of territory. It will not be independent but we will have our people stay away from theirs and theirs from ours like they requested. We are even going to give them electricity soon and try to set up running water. They didn't even ask for it! But we are being very generous. And to answer number four. Our government is a absolute monarchy. However, we do have mayors and city councils that run cities. Justinian the Mighty
The Swiss are right. By altering it’s foreign policy to appease it’s opponents Girltopia has compromised itself internationally. It’ll take a lot of hard work and effort to restore the respect that Girltopia has lost by bending to international pressure.
