maddy
Official, Royal Declaration: "Today I am to tell the world full knowledge that there is no oppression in the Queendom of Girltopia. Our men now have the right to vote in local elections and have the freedom of religion. They may leave the country whenever they want, they may immigrate out or return home. They can own guns and they can fire them [not at other people]. They can buy lottery tickets, they can drink from the same water fountain. One thing we do segregate is the bathrooms... But I think we are all guilty of that. They can put money in a bank, they can get a job. They can be the CEO of a company they can be a house dad. They can do anything a women can do. They are not restrained. Men do not have the right to rape, men do not have the right to kill [unless self defense], men do not have the right to commit treason. Women do not have the right to rape, men do not have the right to kill [unless self defense], women do not have the right to commit treason. Men have the right to protest, freedom of speech, freedom of the press (by the way one of our biggest newspapers is owned by a man), and they even have the right to fight for custody of their children in a divorce. We are not oppressing the local population. In fact, they are very friendly people. Most of whom are on the far eastern border of our nation. The matriarchal systems of the local population welcomes the Girltopian system with open arms. 'They have brought civilized government, prosperity, and hope back to this land. We are a nation of civilized people again.' says one man. You see, men and women are equal. Our society is just different from yours." Vedran
"Respectfully, two people from each organization is not enough if we want conclusive results. The AHRF proposes a limit of 10 or more, at the least. Are we to be confined to the palace, then? To ensure a fair evaluation of your society, we must have unrestricted access to your people, unless the individual citizens object or safety reasons do not permit entry into a certain area. Restricting the area in which the investigation is conducted will have a bearing on the final reports, and such restrictions will be noted therein." The AHRF then contacted the other organizations and national bodies involved, and to ask what level of cooperation they would like in the investigation. Let it be know, we are blatantly against the sexist policies of this nation, but they are domestic affairs. Granted, their sexist apartheid was very extreme. We also find it worthy to note that Revelstone will stand by a nation engaging in apartheid-ist policies against an entire gender, yet states that our nation's human rights are terrible because we have strict immigration laws. Apparently their definition of human rights is extremely flexible. Edited July 8, 2010 by Shatner
Captain Enema
"It is the advice of the Duchy of Liguria that you promptly halt any and all incoming inspection teams. They'll whine, they'll complain, some will threaten you, but in the end you'll live to see another day. You are under no obligation to any foreign powers to open your borders to their scrutiny. Kick em out is our suggestion and focus on your own nation. Do not cater to the idiocy of the world court who are in fear of losing their manhood due to the rise of a matriarchy." Kaiser Martens
The whole world used to be sexist against women and nobody ever made a big deal of it. When a woman is sexist against males for once, all hell breaks loose. The world is hypocritical as usual, and I feel sorry that this nation has forced to change its way of life due to international pressure. After all, if men didn't like living the way they live, why would they even stick around to begin with? They could have just left at any moment. It's not discrimination nor slavery if it is chosen. In the end, even if the laws have changed, we hope that the nation will simply continue to be basically the way it is.
