Notes

And we have our first streaks. 2 streaks without a loss for WFF and WTF2 (WTF2 mainly because they haven't logged back in so the score hasn't changed since Day 1  <_< ) so congratulations to them, and Pantsu Alliance who seem to have not recovered since Day 2 despite them having the highest ANS. In stat increases, TPC have continued to build up their nations, putting them into no. 1 NS gainer and no. 2 Avg. NS gainer, so it seems they are going higher, and the rapid rise of Nightmare Society seems to be slowing down yet again, with them no longer being in the top 3 for NS gained today. Apart from that, we have Legion of Death gaining almost double it's member count and becoming sanctioned, so congratulations to you :D

 

Also added alliance politics review as I somehow missed that section, but anyway, those that are active in this part of the forum have probably seen the popcorn worthy thread develop over the course of today, so I won't say anything about it :)

Notes

We'll be getting our first wars next update as the raiding of the unaligned begins in earnest. In terms of stat increases, Avengers nations have built up and have taken top NS and Avg. NS gains, while Citadel and WDs have also built up and have taken second and third place. Legion of Death is still gaining new players, and so took both the highest membership gain and score gain for the month. A new streak has also started for AgeofLegends, an one man AA consisting of a player who hasn't done anything to his nation since he joined. Otherwise, how the first wars will effect the rankings!

Notes

And we have wars now! Looks like Pantsu Alliance and WTF2 are being heavily targeted with raids, losing a large amount of Avg. NS and NS and almost being knocked off the top 12 of those rankings. This is probably due the high amount ANS both had before raids started. Also, RE vs. NS seems to have begun with an RE member attacking an NS member and being countered by two NS members. In other news, War Doves, Avengers and TPC have all built up a large amount, taking all three spots on score/NS/Avg. NS gain, while the ANS ranks change significantly, with WFF barely keeping it's spot and LoD going past it. And that looks to be it for today, apart from the fact that I learned playing LotR music while doing the rankings helps speed things along a lot!

Notes

Well, I was so overflowed with wars I'm switching back to the old system of only recording sanctioned alliance on sanctioned alliance. So, we have the D1 on Avengers and WDs on Avengers wars far outweighing the NM wars, with their mini war with RE having more combatants than both of their individual wars. Otherwise, D1 and WDs made a massive jump in NS in preparation for the war with us (and Nightmare Movement) and Misfits have been the last people to build up their nations with them making the third highest jump! Skaro rises suddenly and takes top spot in ANS, while the former top ANS alliances Pantsu Alliance and World Freedom Federation make a massive drop to the bottom! With the first official declared war, let's see how this effects the rankings!

In the stats, massive loss of score from about everyone but the combatants in the D1-WD/NM-TA war (excluding NM because they had a massive loss of score), with Avengers even making the top 3 for score gainers. Avengers, D1 and WD's nation have continued to arm themselves judging from their gain in NS and no one else managed to beat their rises in ANS as well. Elsewhere, both NLoN and LoD have gained a lot of score, mainly from their gained member, while everyone else's score went down, which is sort of weird, but it might be from an increase in nations maybe. We also have Legion of Death getting our first gaining streak, so congratulations to you! Otherwise, this war seems to have had an impact on everyone apart from the intended targets somehow :P

Okay, so, fully updated everything. Removed streaks because they take too long to do and it will be pretty hard for me to do them during the schooldays, but anyway. Everyone seems to be peacing out their wars with everyone, and now it's just time to wait for the next war to be had. But, anyway, onto the stats. Today was an interesting day, after TDO took 1st place in NS yesterday, they've now taken 1st place in Avg. NS, with OP close behind! AgeOfLegends gained a member and was forced down the avg. NS rankings from no. 9 to no. 22, which is probably the fastest drop in Avg. score rankings yet in the round (excluding alliances that disappeared). Nightmare Movement was destroyed in the D1-WDs war, while Avengers held their own until the last day, in which they suffered an NS loss and Avg. NS loss. NDO has entered the top 12 in Avg. NS as well, so congrats to you, RR! Citadel took 1st place in NS gain and Avg. NS gain, as well as score loss because in order to do that they had to lose members. And I think that's it for today :D Sorry for the absences over the past couple of days as well, but I'm back and going to go at full speed!

Notes

So, updated the wars to include all the alliance wars, found some interesting wars *cough* Legion of Death *cough*, as well as all the raids on the different alliances. For the stats today, the Avengers and DEFCON 1 have begun rebuilding from the war, while Nightmare Movement and War Doves still seem to be taking damage from the war. NDO nations also seem to have built up quite a bit, securing themselves in the top 12 for average NS. Legion of Death also have lost a fair amount of NS as well from their lost member, but otherwise, can't really think of anything else to say. Sorry for the late update though, for some reason the forums glitched out on me and didn't let me in until a few minutes ago, but luckily I still had my autosave data so it was saved :D

Notes

Nothing new today in terms of wars, although the RE-NM and D1-NM wars refuse to die down. In the stats, almost every alliance gained score, with Avengers and Alpha Wolves gaining the most score this time thanks to them gaining members, while NM lost the most amount of score, not sure why though as there have been no lost members and they gained NS and Avg. NS, yet lost more score than the alliances that lost NS today. In NS terms, Avengers and TPC gained the most amount of NS, probably from them building up, while WFF/FKoPaH lost the most amount of NS from raids and stuff. Ordo Paradoxia and Skaro gained the most amount of avg. NS as well.

First of all, sorry for the wars, today I was lazy and I like to be as accurate as possible, but anyway, today, TDO has a large NS increase, almost pushing them to pass Nightmare Movement, while War Doves and Misfits both gained a lot of score, Misfits gaining top avg. NS gain as well. NM lost a member, putting TDO in a position to get first place for score, while almost all the micros lost some score/NS and New Soviet Union disbanded. Now, onto today's update :P

Notes

So, everything's back to normal now, don't worry. Anyway, the Dark Order and TPC had a huge NS spike while I was away, TDO almost breaking 300k NS and TPC breaking 200k NS. The Misfits and Ordo Paradoxia also had an NS spike and passed 100k NS, and War Doves had a minor one and passed 200k, so congrats to all of you. The war between AW and NDO seems to be taking it's toll on NDO, with them losing almost half their NS and average NS and dropping below NLoN on every list. DEFCON 1 seems to be dropping dead weight, with their Avg. NS rising but their score and NS lowering. And that's it for today!

Notes:

Today, WDs adds in their applicant members and takes top score gain because of it, while TDO (somehow) takes top score loss through not gaining members I guess, while NLoN takes top NS gain again and Isolationalist rises to the top of the Avg. Score gain by being a one man alliance, while TLO gains a low NS member and drops 800 Avg. NS.

Score is determined by a combination of alliance NS and alliance members in comparison to game members. As the game increases in size an alliance that remains constant in member count will experience a score drop unless they record a sufficiently large NS increase to counter balance this.
Given that for one member joining the game an alliance of TDO's size would lose 0.13 score, and that to negate this loss they would have to gain 3900 NS, it makes sense that they would be decreasing in score.

Thanks for the explanation, I've gotten as far determining it had something to do with Game members, alliance NS and alliance members, what I didn't get is why an alliance that stayed at 29 members lost a whole lot more score than one that stayed at 2 members and gained less NS, so thanks for explaining that
