On our own, we are all faced with troubles, [url="http://www.cybernations.net/allNations_display_alliances.asp?Alliance=Coalition%20Of%20Independent%20States"]but together, as a team, the members of the CIS[/url] watch each other's backs in any [url="http://www.cybernations.net/search_wars.asp?searchstring=Declaring_Alliance,Receiving_Alliance&search=Coalition%20Of%20Independent%20States&anyallexact=exact"]conflict or war[/url] when possible.
We do regular tech [url="http://www.cybernations.net/search_aid.asp?searchstring=Declaring_Alliance,Receiving_Alliance&search=Coalition%20Of%20Independent%20States&anyallexact=exact"]deals[/url], which gives us a boost in our economic development, diplomatic experience and gaming experience, as we come in contact with more players, and understand the roles of signatories of contract.

We welcome all to become a part of the CIS. There is no discrimination, however, we do not tolerate any supportive reference of the Third Reichstag. We have training facilities for new players to allow development of diplomacy skills and their nation economy. We have forums and news post sections of our network to attend to the free expression of CIS members and allies. All are welcome to join the network and keep updated with CIS events/activities, as well as to make their own requests/offers known to us. Feel free to post in our newspapers to express yourself and have some fun with your nation by writing fictional news.
