Mergerberger II
After successful preliminary discussions, an invitation was sent to Novak to attend a meeting in Hanoi regarding the fate of the city of Sài Gòn, a city with a population that was almost entirely similar to the remainder of Vietnam ethnically, and a city that was thousands of miles away from the mainland realms of its chief owner, Novak, and a city bordered by a country of almost entirely the same ethnicity, a country entirely capable and desiring of governing the city, to continue to work to unite its people. Voodoo Nova
James received the invitation from an aide in the mailing room. He read it and thought to himself why he wanted to maintain rule over Saigon. He couldn't think of any reason except to maintain a presence in SE Asia. He chose to go to the meeting in Vietnam and talk with the Head of State.
Mergerberger II
Air traffic control guided the plane carrying James into Hanoi International Airport, where a car was waiting to take him from the Airport to the International Summit Building. It would not be a long ride, and once he arrived, he was escorted by two members of the High Guard of Vietnam into the building and to the room in which Prime Minister Binh sat, waiting for him. "Hello! Welcome to Hanoi and the Republic of Vietnam. It is wonderful to see you again, James."
Voodoo Nova
James walked up to his old friend, Binh, and shook his hand. "It's been a while friend. How's the family?"
Mergerberger II
"They are well. I assume yours is doing fine as well." "Listen, life is too short to meddle in smalltalk. Let's get down to business. I am interested in obtaining the city of Saigon from you, which is filled with Vietnamese people and ought to be ruled by Vietnamese. I am certain you will agree with me, and I ask you, what, if anything, do you want for the city?"

Mergerberger II
"Of course they will be allowed to, simply under Vietnamese regulation instead of Novakian. We do not intend to nationalize the corporations there or do anything to them out of the ordinary."
