Well, I suppose now CDT is nothing more than a three-legged dog without one of its front-runners. Good luck, and all that jazz to the bloc. And good luck Invicta, leaving a bloc is never fun (GUARD, Feroticas, etc. etc.), especially when you're still all good buddies.

If we're such good pales, why'd you DoW us? :P

Seriously though, leaving/ending blocs sucks. Good luck to Invitca and CDT.

You attacked us first! :P

(I think. I don't actually remember who declared war on who and the wiki article for the Karma War is incomplete)

Anyways good luck to Invicta and CDT. I'm not surprised to see CDT slowly dissolving, you've always been an odd bunch.

Hmmm?

CDT has five members. In the drama immediately following the bubblegum war - when it looked for a time that it would dissolve - it had four members.

It survived that crisis as well.

It seems you're both looking for noodles but having problems agreeing on what to put on them. I recommend goulash on spätzle.

We'll be around a while yet.

Anyway, good luck on your future endeavors Invicta. USN always keeps the fireplace in your embassy going.

o/ Invicta

You forgot to mention Rok and Fark
No I don't think they did.

CDT is an old stubborn bloc. Even without one of its "front runners" I am sure it will bounce back quickly. Good luck Invicta though I don't think you need it :P

UPN is the only signatory remaining from that time, no? It's not so much a revival as a more-or-less new bloc with one alliance making a continuity between the two.

CDT is the oldest MDP bloc on Planet Bob. I have faith that the remaining signatories will continue with it.
Just because it's the oldest doesn't mean it deserves to stick around.

No, UCN was there as well.

We love 'em, so we're here to stay. Being a bloc isn't about being the toughest kid on the block, it's about hanging out with a bunch of awesome people we get along with. And we get along so well.

Coming from someone from an alliance who was in the bloc I find that disgusting. Or perhaps you believe that just because it didn't work the way you or your friends want it to that it shouldn't be around?

CDT are good people with a strong vision of where they want to be. It just wasn't quite the same as our vision, that's all.

Sometimes your friends want Chinese, but you have a hankering for Italian. Neither is necessarily "better" -- just different.

I will definitely miss them, though.

-_-

We will miss you as well. Hmm, I'm in the mood for enchiladas now.

If memory serves me right, UCN formed from a merger between two alliances - not sure if both were members at the time, I know one was - in November or December 2007.

For practical purposes, UPN is indeed the oldest signatory in the bloc for 2-4 months.
