Meridian, who was still exhausted from her recent meeting with the American ambassador, would soon leave her office in the Centre for Foreign Affairs in Jubilife and set out for Darach International Airport. At the airport, a chartered aeroDisparu flight awaited her and other officials from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The Minister of Resources, Thorton Steel, was already there, and was accompanied by two advisors from his Ministry. A dozen officers from the Judicial Police were also present.

Fifteen minutes later, after obtaining clearances from various airspace authorities and having permission from the airport's air controllers, the airplane would depart from Jubilife and began to fly towards the capital of United Isocoles. Since it was already late at night in Disparu, all officials on board would try to get some sleep to prepare for their meeting the next day.

Several hours later, the aeroDisparu flight would begin its descend to one of the United Isocoles capital's airport's runways. Upon landing, the two Ministers and their advisors, escorted by three Judicial Police officers, would disembark from the plane and begin to look for their hosts...

After Meridian landed at the airport, all hell broke loose. Seeing the famed nation of Disparu visiting UI, well, this was too much. People crowded at the windows, and seven were arrested when charging Meridian with pens and paper.

A security guard and Vice President Ocean led her to a black limousine with beautiful leather seats. There was wine, a small tv, and various assorted foods, drinks and objects all over. As they got in, Oceana said with a laugh, "If you were not able to tell, Disparu is held high in regard here in United Isocoles. You are a very famous country, for some reason our people love you. I don't understand it, but I still think your country is quite a well run country also. Now lets get to the palace."

The Judicial Police officers would attempt to barricade the incoming crowds, though they would let the UI authorities deal with anyone who broke the UI's laws. Meridian merely smiled and waved at the onlooking crowds.

Both Meridian and Steel, still escorted by their guards, would follow the guard and Oceana to the limousine. Once inside, both of them would politely refuse the amenities offered to them, though they would accept if their hosts insisted.

"We appreciate the warm welcome." said Meridian, blushing slightly. "I'm quite surprised that we received a rather...enthusiastic reception here. To be honest, Disparu isn't really significant in the grand scheme of things, though we do tend to focus our energies in internal affairs and the like. But anyways, thank you." continued Meridian, laying back on the limousine's leather seats, as she waited for their arrival at the palace.

The ride there took around 45 minutes, all the time Oceana was sipping her cup of wine shakily.

The palace was high in the mountains and loaded with security. Every minute you would stop at a check point.

Lilian appreciated the palace's architecture, noting the similarities between it and the Potala Palace in Lhasa. Lilian would also notice the abundant security measures put into place. The Disparuean delegation would voluntarily allow themselves to be "processed" in each security checkpoint they encountered.

Lilian glanced at Thorton, who just shrugged, before saying, "We're not really hungry, though we appreciate the gesture. We'd like to start the meeting as soon as possible."

They would then enter into a room in which there was a final security check point. They were searched for any weapons, including very finely sharpened pencils

Lilian would grudgingly surrender her finely-sharpened sketch pencils before entering the room. Once inside, if the room was a conference room for the meeting, the two Disparueans would take their seats and inquire as to what the UI wanted to discuss.

"Well, we were hoping for a trade between our countries, a non aggression agreement and a scientific research share. I know this seems like a lot, but we don't have to do it all in one meeting." Poya said happily.

OoC: Sadly, Meridian and Steel had already left the UI after their hosts suddenly froze and stopped responding...

"Trade and a NAP would perhaps be acceptable, though we would first like to know your nation's current internal and foreign affairs. I'm not too sure about science since the Disparuean Ministry of Science and Technology tends to be...secretive with its plans, and only shares its research and operations with a select few institutions."
