He already payed 92% of the said reparations. If NATO planned to send GOONS the reps as fast as possible, they would have done it already, and much before this thread was even posted. Therefore, grabbing four people on the IRC will not do it, and I wonder what reasons would NATO have to do that and please GOONS after this failed bad PR attempt.
