It appears that you're not a reliable technology seller, or so this is what I gather from your foreign aid screen, and will have to offer my apologies if I'm incorrect in this presumption.

You received 2 x $3M on the 1st May, and were expected to send out 2 x 50T on the 11th May. It appears you've failed to send 50T to one of these nations, and only now sent the other 50T out (15th). The former appears to be a not very subtle way of scamming technology from nations, and the other a delay which without prior knowledge would irritate to say the very least, most technology buyers.

As I say though, if you can show me that you've been away during those days and informed the technology buyers you're dealing with prior to the date, etc.. then I'll be willing to consider you a reliable technology seller.
