With this announcement, the former troops have been reformed into the Atlantis Marine Corps, Air Corps, Navy, and Border Guard. Approximately 592,000 ground troops have been but on active and reserve duty, with about 20,000 being retasked into the Border Guard and the remaining into the Marine Corps. Of the Border Guard, 2,000 maintain the naval base in Charleston and 18,000 maintain the FRA-Florida border. Though the apparent responsibility of Tahoe, the Republic has done nothing to provide assistance to these people and Atlantis has decided to help in the name of American security and prosperity. As part of [i]Operation Canadian Eh?[/i], the men are to land in the anarchy ridden lands and secure major metropolises and utilities, while at the same time assisting the people and securing the Tahoe-Franciscan border. [/quote] Nothing would please the Kingdom more than to be assured of the continuance of the "Kingdom of Cochin-Northern Republic NAP" as "Kingdom of Cochin - Atlantic States NAP". Francis Fournier would be accorded diplomatic premises at Embassy Row in Cochin City and Ministry of External Affairs would assist the Atlantic States Embassy in securing premises to establish consulates in any Cochin City of their choice.
