JmanofAus
I did not anticipate such a war could end like this. I mourn IRON's loss. Edited May 15, 2010 by JmanofAus
Laserwolf
Losing a spam war??? The shame of it all. And the 1 tech payment absurd. j/k Glad you guys had fun and congrats to RIA. Edited May 15, 2010 by Laserwolf
Schad
When is the world going to stand up to RIA? This isn't the first time that they've forced unconditional surrender on an opponent. Hopefully, IRON can team up with RIA to get their well-deserved revenge on these tyrants.
Zangmonkey
Well now that "the precedent" has been set everybody can stop complaining about it.
D34th
Another shot at GRE, I think this shows that PR battle is totally lost. When your own "side" starts to make jokes of you is time to give up and go home.
shilo
I fear that a terrible precedent has been set. Planet Bob will never be the same now that an "Unconditional Surrender" has be achieved. This is truly a sad sad day. What about the terms! Think of the children! Unconditional Surrender's will be everywhere. This is certainly the beginning of the end of honour among nations.
I agree. RIA proved to everyone with their outrageous demands that they know truly no boundaries. And IRON... oh IRON... how could you...
wickedj
Silly IRON, you should know better than to DARE challenge maroon to a spam war
Duncan King
It's nice to see that IRON managed to find a something to do to distract them from pounding GRE into the ground. lol maroon
Right, so the precedent with unconditional surrender is to demand a whopping one tech. There may be some outcry if you have the audacity to go 100x over this, but I think they'll cope. DarkEra97
I certainly hope IRON manages to recover from this.
RustyNail
Completely unacceptable. How much longer will we stand idly by while these villains prevail?
KagetheSecond
I felt like my stomach was going to fall out of my butt when I read the title. You sly dogs you
Thom98
With such harsh rep demands set out upon my friends at IRON I feel compelled to help you with rebuilding, perhaps more will feel as I do and join in on this effort.
Hi Tim, Remember when people said that the terms were irrelevant and that the process itself was the problem? Yeah.... that was the basis of the opposition. Well I guess since they surrendered unconditionally I guess I could demand additional terms as I see fit.
Uralica
[s]These terms are ridiculous[/s] [s]What is this I don't even[/s] I LOLed. We in TOOL are glad to see our brothers and sisters in IRON and our most honourable foes in RIA do enjoy a good laugh. o/
dragonknight1000
oh you sly dogs: that was clever & hilarious XD 4/5 (-1 for making me think for a bit that IRON gave in to Gre which would resulted in a -42 but no probs here) good show IRON & RIA
Aeternos Astramora
FFS, NAH. Also, I believe I still have this medal from my IRON days: Thou shall all bow to me.
The fact that the satire flew over your head is rather sad in itself. Yes, the process is rather sickening, and it's being mocked openly here. I and others reading this thought that IRON had finally bowed to pressure, but instead they're showing how far you've fallen. VE has had its own issues with IRON before this, for various reasons, but it's gotten to the point where we're practically cheering for them. I'd say they have much better FA prospects post-war than you guys may have for a long time, even with them under surrender terms.
Lennox
At least you didn't surrender to the gramlins.
Alfred von Tirpitz
misleading, the announcement title is misleading. Careful RIA, dont you go spending all those reps all at once now.
kpcurley
you should of know what would of happened IRON when you fought an ally of your former oppressors (BACoN)
