Spencer Robertson, dressed in a blue suit, white shirt, red tie and blue suede shoes waited with his diplomatic staff as well as 10 BH guards, at the airport for the Bohovian diplomatic team to arrive.

Vice President, Stephen Ignatief and three diplomats looked out the plane window down to the land below them.

"Is now that i begin to regret my lack of research on Blue Heaven, I have limited knowledge on this nation. Lets hope what I do know comes to good use" The Vice President said

"Dont worry sir, they were not expecting us to be experts on their country", one of the diplomats replied

The plane began descending, and the men fastened their seatbelt's, not more then 15 minutes later, the plane touched down in Blue Heaven. The plane parked into the area requested and the Vice President and diplomats, began descending the flight of stairs, that led to solid ground.

Spencer walked over to the Bohovian Vice President.

"Good to meet you Mr. Vice President. How are you today?"

He nodded in the direction of the three diplomats and smiled.

The two shook hands and the diplomats also introduced themselves and shook hands with Mr. Robertson

Spencer led the Bohovian delegation into a motorcade of five cars and they drove for about 20 minutes to the newly built Bohovian embassy. After entering the embassy, everyone went through the metal detector and was patted down. When no one was deemed a threat, Spencer led everyone to a large room that had a long table with chairs all around it and refreshments consisting of coffee and donuts in the back.

After four servants came in a served everyone, Spencer then looked over to Mr. Ignatief and said "So Mr. Ignatief, what would you like to talk about converning Blue Heaven-Bohovian relations?"

Mr. Ignatief tooked a sip of his coffee, and began speaking.

"Before we begin, id like to say this embassy was built beautify and the Bohovian people appreciate the effort that went into the construction of this embassy. As for Bohovian-Blue Heaven relations, i would like to request our two nation sign a Non-Aggression Pact and in addition consider a Military Protection Pact, we would also like to look into increasing trade between are nations"

Spenver smiled. "Ok. What are the resources that your nation has? Blue Heaven currently has lead, sugar, cattle, fish, pigs, gems, gold, silver, uranium, and rubber."

"My nation's main resoruces, are also like yours, quite diverse. We have Coal, Fish, Furs, Gem's, Pigs, Uranium, Water and our world famous Wine." The Prime Minister replied with a smile.

Spencer began to try to calm down his breathing as he hung up the phone. He then turned to the Bohovian Prime Minister and said "Apparently the Minister of Defense, Colin Powell, has overthrown and killed Prime Minister Roger Smith!"

Spencer went on Youtube and found the audio clip of the meeting earlier that week between Prime Minister Smith and the Emperor of Canada. He then hit play

Im also not willing to remove the soldiers from the border, it could be a ruse for surpise attack. The makeshift senate house, which houses the two senatorial parties in one of the larger tents at Camp B are pushing for totaldiplomatic cut offs to Blue Heaven. The Liberal Democrats are the party pushing, the Labour Party are the ones pulling away from diplomatic blackouts between us simply because it deneys us the ability of meetings like this, inadequatly located as they are."

After letting the Bohovian PM hear the talks between the two leaders he then said "The reason why Powell probably killed Smith is because he thought that Smith was a corrupt leader. Powell is a very by the book man, he saw Smith's actions as corrupt and decided to take out Mr. Smith. I can only hope that our nation will be able to survive this."

As soon as the words were outo Spencer's mouth, a the door to the embassy burst open and eight HAVOC soldiers walked in. They immediately took the magazines out of their weapons and signaled to the Bohovian SS that everything was going to be fine. One of the soldiers steeped forward and said "Hello everyone. I am Captain Scott Mitchell, leader of the 4th HAVOC Ground Troop. We are here to make sure that the Bohovian embassy is secure and that everyone in here is safe." He looked over to the Bohovian SS and smiled. "Do not worry. We are here to protect our diplomat, your Prime Minister and you. You are all in perfectly good hands."

Interrupting the Prime Minister , HAVOC soldiers burst in

"Yes were fine. Thank you" The Bohovian PM replied in relief

The Bohovians SS, after consulting the PM, stepped away from the PM, but still close enough to react to any situation that may arise

"Is there a replacement assigned for the leader?" the PM asked

"I do not know, however, let's turn on the news and see what is going on."

Spencer then turned on a flat screen television that was mounted to the wall behind the Bohovians.

Also, I will now be going to a holding cell to await my court martial for my unforgivable actions. Please, let it be known that I didn't want any power, I was just wanting a nation that wasn't run by a corrupt ruler.

Also, Dorothy Smith, Roger Smith's wife is safely in her home which is being guarded by elements of our special forces. She has sent a message to be read to the world." Powell took out a piece of paper from his pocket, unfolded it and read. "To whom it may concern, I, Dorothy Smith, have entered a mourning period to grieve the loss of my husband and until that mourning period ends,

Powell then had the camera zoom in on the bottom of the letter to see where Dorothy had signed it, so that there would be no doubt that she'd done this of her own free will. Four MPs then took Colin Powell away and escorted him to a nearby military prison.
