Kaede Alexeivich
From: Isara Alliance Reply to the Kingdom of Cochin: Thank you for your welcome. We would be more than happy for representatives of the Kingdom of Cochin to meet with the Drei Macht in Elgensreid to discuss diplomacy. We will clear a runway of the Elgensreid Airport for your delegation. Sincerely, Gregor Eivanov Premier of the Drei Macht
king of cochin
Revin George, Minister of Interior of the Kingdom would arrive at Isara Alliance for the meeting with Drei Macht.
Kaede Alexeivich
Outside the airport where Revin George would land, an Isaran vehicular entourage was already waiting, including a long, stately sedan for George and Gregor Eivanov, who was waiting outside the car. There were also two small military vehicles with three soldiers in each, to act as guards as the car would drive to Elgensreid Capital Building, where the meeting would be held. The Premier and his entourage now awaited George's plane to land, and for the diplomat to exit it.
king of cochin
Revin George would arrive in an G5 of RCAF Executive Fleet accompanied by an entourage of 3 Ministry of External Affairs diplomats. He would walk to Gregor Eivanov and greet him, "Good morning, Premier. Thank you for seeing us at such short notice."
Kaede Alexeivich
Gregor shook George's hand and said, "It is a pleasure to meet you and the representatives of Cochin, Mr. George. If you would take a seat, we will be arriving at the Capital Building soon. I regret that the third member of the Drei Macht, Irina Ivanovich, is currently unavailable as she is currently overseas. Thus, the second member Andrei Alexeivich and I will be participating in the talks on behalf of Isara."
king of cochin
"Very well," Revin said. OOC: Continue to the meeting.
Kaede Alexeivich
The drive to the capital building took about 20 minutes, and when they arrived George was led to the Meeting Room in Elgensreid Capital. It was a simple room that had little in the way of decoration. Another man was already in the room--with brown hair tied as a ponytail, and a brown overcoat with the symbol of the Khador Tank Corps (the skull of a bull) patched on the shoulders. He greeted the Cochin representative. "An honour to meet you, Minister." he gave a slight bow. "My name is Andrei Alexeivich of the Drei Macht." Andrei and Gregor seated themselves at the table, and began the meeting. "So, what would Cochin like to discuss?" Gregor asked, his stony eyes looking at Revin's. king of cochin
"Hello Mr. Alexievich. First of all congratulations on establishing your nation. The Kingdom of Cochin always believes that stability and prosperity are true guarantors of peace in any region. So as our newest neighbors in the region, we would like to ask you is there any way we could assist you economically? After all there is no greater international relationship than trade?" Kaede Alexeivich
"Thank you, Mr. George, we are glad to be an independent nation now." Gregor replied. After the Cochin Diplomat had spoke, Gregor replied quickly, though he had in fact thought quite a bit about it. "Certainly, I believe an economic agreement may benefit the Alliance and Cochin. Concerning assistance..." He thought for a half of a second. Isaran culture dictated that he should politely decline such an offer, but his loyalty to his nation and desire for its progress won out. "Isara would graciously accept any assistance, as we are still in the process of updating and building its infrastructure."
king of cochin
"A very many of Cochin industries and businesses are looking for fresh markets to expand their businesses to. The Kingdom of Cochin is also witnessing an economic and development boom in the Indian Provinces which we invite you to capitalize upon. We also offer you preferential usage of the Vizhinjam Special Trade Zone, which is a port city developed in South India to be shared with our land locked Central Asian neighbors. Having been a landlocked nation for very many years, we know of the constraints this puts on the nation's trade and economy. We offer to help you with that." Kaede Alexeivich
"Though we are not a landlocked nation, we as of yet have no navy to speak of (that is one of our main objectives in the future). I am sure we can negotiate for Cochin businesses to develop markets in the Alliance, which I am sure will benefit both our nations, though I must inform you that branches here would operate under the regulations of the Alliance. We ourselves have many businesses springing up that we would be grateful if they were allowed to operate in Cochin."

king of cochin
"Though you don't have a navy, that does not prevent you from forming a viable merchant navy. Anyway that is your choice. If ever you need access to port, you have our offer. Of course your businesses are free to operate in the Kingdom and we would like to know the nature of your regulations so that any Cochin company wishing to do business with you shall be informed like wise." Kaede Alexeivich
"When we have developed a decent navy, we will be sure to take you up on your generous offer." Gregor replied. "Concerning regulations, they can be found within this appendix--" he withdrew a small folder--"Which you may take if you wish. We are somewhat strict concerning guidelines on corporations, I must warn."
king of cochin
"Very well. We shall take heed accordingly. Now coming to diplomacy. What is the diplomatic profile and foreign policy of Isara Alliance?"
Kaede Alexeivich
"Well, the Drei Macht plan to have the Alliance very much involved in the politics of this region around us." Gregor replied. "We believe Isara will benefit if we are a major player in the politics of the surrounding area. As for diplomacy, it is usually handled by the Drei Macht ourselves."
