moose77
I have five slots available to me and a week ago had all five filled. For no apparent reason I now only have three filled and am unable to fill the remaining two ("Trade Agreements" page says "limit reached"). Can anyone tell me what's going on? der Rote Baron
Basically, unaccepted trade offers fill trade slots just like an actual trade does. I went to your nation screen and clicked trade, this is what pops up:
You cannot offer any new trade agreements because your nation is currently involved in 5 active trades or trade proposals. You must reduce this number to below 5 in order to submit new trade proposals.
So what you need to do is check your Trade Agreements screen and see what you have there... the 4 accepted trades you have at present which are giving you resources are filling 4 of your slots, the other is a trade offer either from or to your nation. You will need to either accept or cancel that 5th unaccepted trade offer to free up that other slot.
Captain Calcium
Your Nation Display page currently shows that you are involved in five active trade agreements; your maximum due to your ownership of the Harbor improvement. As such, you not be able to send or accept any further trade offers. Otherwise, der Rote Baron is correct: Cancelled/Unapproved/Pending Trade Offers will sometimes count towards your total, and deleting them from your Trade Agreements screen will free up these trade slots.
