The entire exterior will be housed with a permanent carbo nanotube sheet -----Batteries will be reinforced with remote-operated single-barrel revolver autocannon with 27 mm x 145 caliber projectiles (BK-27 autocannon) -----Batteries will be reinforced with manned XM-HMG turrets -----Batteries will be reinforced with two mounted Starstreak missile turrets with four three-round launchers on each turret with manual reloading -----Batteries will be reinforced with three Phalanx CIWS turrets -----Batteries will be reinforced with all available hand-held munitions ------Batteries will be located across the entire seaboard evenly spaced *Between each battery will be a total concrete sea wall that will span across the entire seaboard were applicable; this will be completed within the next few years --All ports along the seaboard will have modified sea walls that will have certain access points with heavy guard ---Across the entire sea wall will be remote controlled XM-HMG turrets ---Turrets will be operated via "switches", where all mobile targets on the outside of the wall will be considered "hostile" and targeted by the auto-lock AI; it does not discriminate between friend and foe, but only has a 45 degree access pointing toward the sea ----There will be a 30 foot buffer zone of beach between the concrete wall and the ocean; this area will be laced with heavy mines meant for anti-armor and anti-personnel purposes ----All military will be stationed strictly at the beachhead points at the batteries and only a small number of troops will be deployed across the walls; the autoturrets will occupy the empty spaces when "switched" on *Along the entire UMS border all access points will now be placed under heavy control and jurisdiction by the UMS police forces --The entire border will have a four layer steel chain-linked fence with barbed wire on the outside placed along the entire border --Surveillance devices will be deployed across the entire border with even gaps to be done efficiently --All fences will be more than 20 feet high and have irregular shaped as to make it near-impossible to climb effectively ---All people wishing to enter the UMS must have proper identification from their country of origin and will be subject to thorough search *All cities will be required to construct large shelters for its populace in various key locations --Shelters will be contained in the basements of low-lying buildings in a second "storage" cellar below the actual basement ---Shelters will be reinforced with extra concrete and steel *Cities will be reinforced with antiaircraft measures --Cities will have Phalanx CIWS turrets and mounted Starstreak missile turrets with four three-round launchers on each turret with manual reloading *Remote SAM sites will be located across the country Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

all parts of the fence will be serrated, similar to that of barbed wire --20 behind the initial border fencing will stand a 12m concrete barrier that will be reinforced with steel bearings faceted to the ground --From the 0m-15m zone between the initial fence and secondary fence will be planted an assortment of mines, though consisting of mostly bouncing mines along with anti-material and anti-tank mines --From the 15-20m zone between the secondary fence and the concrete barrier will be directional shaped charges that will use several lbs. of TNT each and are triggered via motion --As adherent to this new policy, all areas between this 0-20m range will be considered a "No Entry" zone and as such, any trespassers will be shot if attempting to cross the initial perimeter fencing via response from surveillance outlets ---The primary sea wall will stand 20.5m above sea level ----The secondary sea wall will stand 10m behind the primary wall and will stand 15.5m above sea level -----In the distance between the primary and secondary sea wall (10m) will be an additional 5m of trench dug that will be filled with remote-activated shaped charges angling their explosive yield in a 30 degree, bring the explosion to a vertical to horizontal explosion from their angle of origin -----The primary and secondary walls will be connected at each battery via a platform that runs straight across the trench similar to a bridge ------Cement barriers are required on the rear of primary wall to prevent accidental falls -------Along the second wall will be secondary batteries with 16-inch dual-cannons --------These secondary batteries will be staggered along the length of the entire sea wall, creating a zig-zag of rail guns and 16-inch cannons ---------The shaped charges between the primary and secondary wall must be activated via remote control by commissioned officers at authorized times during defensive measures ----------Both the primary and secondary walls will be reinforced with steel pillars faceted to the ground --Remote SAM sites will be coordinates via surveillance estimates along the border --They will be operated by the newly commissioned "Mecha UAV Specialty Corps", which be based in key locations throughout the country *As a means to increase rail gun accuracy and efficiency, measures have been set into place to correct foreseeable problems --Satellites will be equipped with the newly integrated BattleSeize military system ---Via specific special space launches within the coming months launching out of Sandorian Space Port, the satellites will be equipped with operative control systems ----Via the BattleSeize system, satellites will give real-time coordinates to rail gun batteries, along with calculating plausible preemptive trajectories -----Rail guns will be equipped with an auto-cooling system which will prevent, in stronger likelihood, of the battery overheating during especially warm days -----All batteries will be equipped with protected coolant systems ------Rail guns will be dual-turrets instead of single-turrets, increasing their shots per minute to 20, 10 per minute respectively for each barrel ------Rail guns will be constructed to fit into a 550 km range, with a maximum effectiveness (optimal damage output) between 100 and 500 km *As a means to protect all river entrances and assets --Extra surveillance will be placed on all river deltas ranging from terrestrial and submarine surveillance ---Seismic sensors will be placed in the area, along with motion and auditory sensors ----200m upriver of all deltas will stand a treatment a plant (to be completed by the end of the year) that will prevent any biological attacks undertaken by possible opposition forces -----Said treatment plants will also be accompanied by SAM sites utilizing the quadbarrel starstreak mounted turret *As a means to protect all atmospheric and ultra-atmospheric assets --During the space launch to equip all satellites with the proper BattleSeizure military system, they will also be equipped with anti-jamming electronic devices to deter electronic-based attacks ---They will be equipped with their own subsidiary jamming weaponry that will automatically respond and attempt to attack any source of electronic attack directed at it, though its accuracy is dependent on location and other mitigating factors ----All satellites in orbit will be reinforced with carbon nanotube sheets (6 layers) and be radiation hardened and hermetically sealed as a means to be able to sustain multiple electromagnetic pulse attacks -----During installment of said devices, two conventional ICBMs will be equipped via ground-bases for each satellites as a means to protect them against any other attack, be it satellite or forestall and preempt a conventional missile attack from space Edited April 26, 2010 by SpacingOutMan Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

it can achieve a max speed of Mach 9 *For the effective defense of missiles, the MMDSI will be utilized a unilateral system designated as DAMOCLES -DAMOCLES will use effective Phased Array Warning Systems (PAWS) in the following key locations within the United Mechodamian states and abroad -->Phayao (Northern Thailand Facility) will use a constructive PAWS system that will have 360 degree unobstructed capabilities ---The Phayao PAWS systems will have an effective radial range of 1,800 miles -->Mogadishu (Mogadishu Foreign Base) will use a constructive PAWS system, along with a complementary systems outlined later that will have 360 degree radial unobstructed capabilities ---The Mogadishu PAWS systems will have an effective radial range of 1,500 miles -->Sandoria (UMS capitol located in western Senegal) will have a 270 degree extended capability facing toward the Atlantic Ocean with an approximate range of 2,400 miles -->Nouakchott (UMS principality and military district in western Mauritania) will have a 180 degree extended capability facing toward Europe with an approximate range of 2,500 miles -->Bangui (UMS military district in southern Central African Republic) will have a 270 degree extended capability facing toward Southern Africa and the southern Indian and Atlantic Oceans with an approximate range of 2,400 miles -->Porto-Novo (UMS city in southern Benin) will have a 270 degree extended capability facing toward South America and the southern Atlantic Ocean with an approximate range of 2,300 miles -->Antarctic Base (UMS Antarctic Research Facility) will have a 360 degree capability facing in a 360 degree diameter at the pole with an operational range of approximately 2,000 miles -->N'Djamena (UMS military principality and district in southwestern Chad) will have a 270 degree extended capability facing toward the Arabian peninsula and western Asia, notably Eurasia) with an operational range of approximately 2,400 miles -DAMOCLES will complement its PAWS with a comprehensive Ballistic Missile Early Warning System (BMEWS) with a toned frequency different from the PAWS in the following locations -->Niamey (UMS military district in central Niger) will have a 360 degree capability with an operational range of approximately 1,900 miles -->Bamako (UMS commercial district in southwestern Mali) will have a 360 degree capability with an operational range of approximately 1,900 miles *For the effective initiative of missile defense, the following measures will have a direct effect on the Royal Mechodamian Air Force (RMAF) -Should the BMEWS or PAWS defenses pick up incoming missiles, satellites will accordingly pick up their position of origin via trajectory and empirical calculation and information;
