LSN has been seeking the goal of bring the RED team and also getting Leftists alliances a bit closer to each other, By signing this ODP between our two alliance we show the trust and respect we hold between each other, and we encourage other RED alliances to follow in our example and try to familiarise themselves to there comrades around them, as nothing is better than maintaining your back garden.[/b][/center] [b]With no further to do [/b] [center][quote] Preamble: Union of Communist Republic and the League of Soviet Nations hereby sign this Optional Defence Pact in order to show there trust and friendship towards one another. Article I: No Fighting: No member of either alliance shall ever commit an act of violence toward each other. Any attacks by rogue nations will be punished as seen fit by the responsible signatory. Article II: Respect: Both signatories agree to remain respectful to each other at all times in public and in private. Any disputes will be settled diplomatically via private channels. Article III: Sovientelligence : Both signatories agree to share any and all information pertaining to the security and stability of one another. All information passed between the two alliances shall be kept confidential. Article IV: Defence: If one of the signatories is to be attacked the other has the option to come to the defence, in any form ranging from war, aid or in any fashion they deem fit. Coming to defence of the attacked is highly recommended as it would help advance relations. Article V: Cancelation: This treaty may be cancelled at any time by either alliance. Should the need to cancel arise, the cancelling alliance must give a 48 hour notice of their intent to cancel via private channels and a valid reason of why they have chosen this option. The treaty will remain in effect until the 48 hour period has elapsed.
