If you haven’t heard yet then allow me to explain what exactly transpired. A little over a week ago, we were attacked by a nation from the flowers, after he attacked we asked him to peace out and pay reparations for the damages done, this nation refused to pay and threatened to “call” their allies to help, so we called their bluff and attacked that one nation. A day latter other members of the flowers attacked us in defense of their member, fighting continued on for about a week or so. After a while the flowers stopped attacking us and since most of their nations had lost close to ¾ of their infra we figured we would simply just let them off the hook. However a few day’s ago a new member joined them, claimed to be their leader and declared war on us on the Forums. To give you a little back-story on Amer, he was a former member of Rome, his nation was deleted for having duel nations, when he recreated his nation we denied him membership, the list of grievances against him were plenty. I guess he couldn’t take the rejection and thought he would get some revenge by claiming to be the leader of the flowers and declaring war on us, meanwhile bluffing us with threats of bigger allies coming to his aid. Recently Rome’s government was able to talk to the leader of the Flowers, and this Is what he had to say, [quote]<Seaotter> Hey alphonse you home? <AlphonseVII> Seaotter, yes, I'm here. <Seaotter> To start off The Flowers are sorry for what we have caused to Rome. <Seaotter> This whole thing with amer makes everything retarded <Seaotter> All of us besides amer are looking for peace.. there is a nation who sent me a private message (Paragon217) that sounds like him <AlphonseVII> Yeah, we thought that nation was a dual nation. Can you copy the message into here, please? <Seaotter> Sure, Subject: Rome Burns Message: Great job people, were dealing WAYY more damage then we are taking. If you need war tips, let me know. We CAN and WILL win this. <+AlphonseVII> Yep, that definitely sounds like Amer. <Seaotter> He also sent that to our other members... <+AlphonseVII> Have you spoken with the other members? <Seaotter> He didnt tell me about this forum post of his, i had to look it up <&Smallz[Rome]> Seaotter what can you tell me about the guy who started this leadersofleaders <Seaotter> Leaderofleader's is a guy who i invited into our alliance but after he got a taste of attacking rome he wanted out. <Seaotter> Or being attacked* <&Smallz[Rome]> So then why did you guys aid him. He attacked us we asked for reps and he said no. We retalliated and you came to his defense. Why? <Seaotter> Some friends and i made The Flowers as a big joke, being rogue nations.. Now with this amer incident i'm not intent with staying a rogue nation. It was our plan to attack anything for as long as we could. <Seaotter> For the other members i'm not sure what they will do and i'm also not to sure myself <Seaotter> We as a whole would like to apologize for the damages we have caused to rome yet again[/quote] From the beginning of this conflict Rome has made it clear we did not want to punish the entire alliance for the mistakes of just one, we wanted reps for an attack on our nation and nothing more, every since that happened the nation that attacked us has lost most of his infra/tech and we feel he has been rightfully punished for his actions, as for the rest of the flowers their mistake was defending their member without taking a diplomatic approach , a common mistake among new nations. Although Rome was attacked and we have every right to demand reparations , we feel that any attempt by the flowers to pay us reps would result in disaster for them, they are too little and too weak to pay any reps and to force them to do so or face everlasting war would be a cruel choice, plus Rome also feels very strongly that monetary reparations are not a good thing and we will always try to avoid it. All we wanted was an apology from the Flowers, we have received that apology, [b]therefore we grant all nation’s of the Flowers White peace[/b]. What we cannot forgive however is amers actions, in his actions he has shown the entire community what kind of selfish and low human being he actually is, He has attacked his former alliance, he has attempted to extort his former alliance using lies and fake threats, He has impersonated the leader of the flowers in an attempt to force them into perpetual war just to satisfy his ego. These things cannot be as easily forgiven, You have wronged Rome and you have Wronged the flowers and for that you shall pay. Amer kurtovic shall continue to face war from Rome until he surrenders, he shall then switch his AA to Rome POW for a period no less than 30 days , or until he deletes his nation which in a way its sort of like admitting defeat. I feel strongly that the current NV.gov would do the same. I raised them well. But I would assume that they would like to be sovereign and would offer any and all resources to help them learn to exist here on planet Bob the safe way.
