I wanted to start a topic on the questions center and i could not find the topic title section anywhere... bug? or just me not knowing how to use the forums?

What browser are you using? Are you on a mobile phone? Are you [url="http://forums.cybernations.net/index.php?showforum=22"]ready to appeals[/url] for a name change request, as your forum name needs to match either your ruler or nation name?

Im just using a normal desktop pc with whatever the most recent IE version and i don't know why its not there, i highlighted the entire page and found out it hidden behind the posting... I can't figure out why or how... I'll try a different pc and if that dosen't work

You're probably using IE 7...upgrade to IE 8, if you can...or, you can go down to the bottom left corner of the page and change to 'Clean Cut'. Works quite well.
